The hotel is located near Hongik University and within Hongik University Street. You can reach the nearby commercial district after leaving the hotel. The hotel front desk can speak Chinese and English, so there is no need to worry about language issues. When checking in, they will patiently remind you of the precautions when checking in. The hotel is very friendly in communication and will help guests staying as much as possible. The hotel's security measures are very complete, and a QR-Code will be provided upon check-in for nighttime access to the hotel and guest room areas. Overall, it was a good experience staying at KOZAYO. If I travel to Seoul again in the future, I will choose KOZAYO again. Of course, the hotel is often full, so remember to book in advance 😉

Overall it was a decent stay at the GM JS boutique especially for the price. Service and amenities were standard - staff were polite & hotel room had the basic amenities you need…there’s extra charge of 1000 KRW if you use the toiletries though, ie shampoo, toothbrush, etc… One thing we noticed when we entered though was the smoke smell, perhaps it had something to do with ventilation or pipes.. it was gone the day after. It was also quite dusty so our all allergies were definitely triggered for the first few days… it would be great if the room could be cleaner as well, there were some blotches on the wall/cabinet. In terms of location, it’s near a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, bus & subway station, which was good. If you’re planning on going around tourist areas, ie Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gangnam, area, the location is quite far though. When we tried to take taxis back to our accommodation, some refused as they say they don’t plan to go that far… Size of the room was quite good, spacious enough for 2 people and open up your luggage. There’s a study table with chair and a small coffee table with chair. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious with a smart toilet (seat is also heated) & bidet. Would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly one & good for the price!

This lovely establishment offers the convenience of an airport limousine bus service right at its doorstep, with Mapo Subway station just a short stroll away. Multiple direct bus routes to Seoul Station and Myeongdong are easily accessible. The cozy room size is perfect for couples, and the English-speaking receptionists are readily available to assist guests with valuable information. All in all, it's a highly recommended hotel.

The hotel reception/staff are friendly and helpful but most of the luggage lockers do not work and it takes a long time for the technician to come and fix the lockers. The hotel reception can be more flexible in allowing to park the luggage at the hotel concierge. The air-conditioners also does not seem to work on summer days or probably takes a long time to reach to a certain low temperature. Good thing that the staff allow to lend us a fan to use in the room.

Location: First of all, it was located in front of the bar of Chungmuro Station, so the accessibility was very good! As soon as I got off the station, it was easy to find because it was right there, and it was easy to move to the subway. In addition, there are many food nearby, so I ordered it to be delivered in the evening. At night, I went out with my friends and played in my favorite bar. 🍻 Room interior, cleanliness: First of all, the room stayed in a room for three people, but it was wider than I thought, so three people went to sleep. It was enough, very neat and clean. There was also a table, so it was easy to eat, and it was okay to bring a laptop and see the work! The bathroom is clean and Netflix is available (you need to use your own ID). There is a washing machine, induction, and sink, so you can cook and wash! (I haven't used it, but,) it was just new and tidy because the bathroom was just built. Is it a little unusual that the sink is on the outside? It wasn't uncomfortable, but it wasn't as noisy as Hongdae or Sinchon. It was nice to be quiet at night, not like a noisy downtown area, but because of its good accessibility and location, it was convenient to use public transportation and places to eat or cafes around. It was nice to have a lot! I stayed with my friends, but I think it would be suitable if you are looking for a place to stay for long-distance business trips or business purposes.. !

Location is good, near to metro. Room and bed is very comfortable. Cleanliness is great. However, some front desk staff are friendly some aren’t. One male staff who wearing spectacles (who can speaks mandarin) isn’t helpful at all. I had a hard time conversing with him in English. He spoke very little English and we were speaking on different wave length throughout the whole conversation. When I thought of switching languages and ask if he could speaks mandarin, he said no. Half and hour later, I saw him speaking mandarin to a Chinese guest fluently. What a joke?! For luggages, only before check in they will keep for you. After check out, you need to look for lockers and pay for storage.

The hotel was nice than I expected. The location is great being by the subway/KTX station. There are lots of restaurants nearby. You can also take the airport limousine from the station. It was nice having a daily complimentary beverage at the bar. The breakfast was quite nice too although there could have been more of a fruit selection. The location near to DDP and subway stations. A bit lost for finding the community desk for check in but after that everything was fine! Mostly are for youngsters and not for travellers who are looking for traditional cozy hotels. Their room was clean and tidy. Amenities were sufficient and the floor was quiet. Enjoyed a good night view with the Namsan Tower too! Depends on your need to watch TV or not because they won't have it at the room.

We loved our stay at the Urban-Est Hotel. Heading to the Waterbomb Festival for the weekend, the hotel’s convenient location, just 20 minutes away by taxi, was perfect for our plans. The surrounding area was nicer than we expected, with plenty of cool restaurants and little shops to explore. The 7-11 on the main floor connected to the hotel was an added convenience. The lobby was very nice, and everything was exceptionally clean and spacious, even the hallways. We stayed in a family suite, which was immaculate and well-appointed. The shower was spacious and luxurious, and the toilet had a bidet, adding to the comfort. While I prefer a softer bed and found the bed a bit firm, it didn’t detract much from our overall experience. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book the Urban-Est Hotel again.

I stayed at the FP Sheraton Gangnam several times, but writing a review for the first time. First off, the staff was very friendly and accommodating- they upgraded my mother's room to a suite; provided a small welcome package; and assisted my parents with transportation to the airport. The room was also very clean and big. The view from the room was awesome and the beds were very clean and plush. As for the location, FP is walking distance from Garosugil and Apgujung-two of the most posh neighborhoods in Gangnam with great resturants, nightlife, and shopping.
