"The room was very clean. Every morning, I could see the staff cleaning. Several people who stayed with me checked out and the hotel also promptly replaced the disinfected sheets and cleaned the beds. What satisfied me most was that the bathrooms were separated for men and women, and the dry and wet areas in the bathroom were separated and very hygienic. Everyone also had their own locked box, so I felt safe. The people I met this time were very nice, they didn't bother each other, and they were very polite."

"Good place to stay for a night but the checkout time is not accurate. They called at 11:50 to tell that checkout at 12 instead of the 1am that is mentioned on the website. Had a good room and just be careful with the slippery bathroom floor. Room has everything you would need."

"It’s also a residential building so the entry/exit of the lifts are a bit inconvenient if you forgot something and need to go back up to the room. I had a room where it had an opening for the air conditioner’s ventilator, which did not mask the roadside noise at night but it wasn’t busy road so not so bad. Generally it was a convenient stay."

"Very old hotel with basic rooms. Still, very good location and very clean, the rooms also have nice views of the city. Staff is helpful and kind. The beds 🛌 were new and very comfortable to sleep in. 👌 The area is packed with good restaurants. Recommended for trips were ypu will not spend a lot of time in the hotel."

"I really wanted to enjoy Hotel Cappuccino, they have a great location, accessible to pets, and a hip interior. But my 6day stay at this place was ruined one afternoon when I brought back my lunch to my room but couldn’t eat in my room because it was being cleaned. No big deal, I went to the downstairs cafe and started eating there, but the staff kicked me out because it was for guests who wanted to eat at the cafe. Honestly, there were plenty of tables and it’s not like I was taking away business but they fiercely insisted that it was bad for their cafe business. I asked the front desk if there was a communal kitchen or any space for guests to simply enjoy a meal but they apologized for not having this, and encouraged me to wait 30mins until housekeeping was done with my room. Would I recommend this to any tourist? Only if you’re ok with small spaces and mediocre customer service. Also, their bidets provide enemas! Woohoo!"

"The hotel is very conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk from the station. The reception is on the top floor, but the directions provided make it easy to find. Check-in was smooth, and they offer express check-out through the room tablet. The tablet also controls the room switches, which is a nice touch. It would be nice if there is a simple and brief instruction on navigating the Smart TV which had Netflix & YouTube. Since the hotel was recently renovated, everything looks modern, clean, and well-maintained. I had minimal issues during my one-night stay while on a layover in Seoul. If you have the time, I’d recommend experiencing their sauna and other facilities—they’re definitely worth checking out and opting for a room with such additions."
