"The sea view room offers great value for money, with full amenities – it has everything you need. For reference, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The area right outside the window is full of eateries, which is very convenient. Downstairs, there's a pier where you can take a boat to Wolmido Island, and you can even feed seagulls on the boat."

"Honestly, a very good hotel! It’s located a brisk 10mins walk from dongdaemun station and jongno-5-ga. No steep hills or stairs to climb (except for the metro stations). There is also an Olive Young down the street and a few restaurants. If you are not used to the sounds of the city it’s best to bring some earplugs as the main street going past the hotel can be a little noisy. The hotel itself is great! Friendly staff, clean rooms and well decorated. The views are the best and if you get a corner room can even see the sunrise over the hills! 10/10 would recommend this hotel!!"

"The owner is an incredibly, incredibly, incredibly wonderful person! First, let's talk about the location: It's super easy to find. The bus goes directly to Dongdaemun Park, and you can see the hotel building as soon as you get off. The transportation is so convenient, you could find it with your eyes closed! Whether you speak Korean or not, traveling alone or with a companion, everyone will find it effortlessly! Next, let's talk about the environment: The room is absolutely spotless!!! The owner is a man, but he's incredibly meticulous. The decor is very cozy and warm. Lying in bed, you truly feel a sense of happiness. In Dongdaemun, for this price, the quality of the accommodation speaks for itself. Finally, about the owner: This is my first time writing such a long review on Trip.com, and I'm genuinely touched this time. From the night before I checked in, I added the owner on WeChat. From giving detailed transportation directions (both bus and subway) to the hotel's location, everything was explained perfectly. He sent a map of the hotel's location and videos guiding me with nearby landmarks. The owner works very hard; he's Chinese~ To keep prices low, he doesn't hire staff to clean the rooms; he does it all himself. I came during Christmas, and the owner even gave me a small gift. He's very enthusiastic. Even when I called him late at night for help, he never turned me down π_π This place is truly excellent. I highly, highly recommend it!"

"The room is very good, especially if you are traveling alone. I was lucky that a staff member helped me carry my luggage to the 3rd floor. Since I had a 29-inch suitcase, it would have been very hard to do it by myself. The luggage storage area is a bit small. If other people are opening their bags, you have to wait for your turn. I stayed here for a concert and returned around midnight. The shops nearby were already closed, so I had to walk fast, but the hotel has instant noodles and food available which is very convenient. The bathroom is clean and has everything you need. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is right near Exit 7 of Euljiro 3-ga Station. You go down a narrow street and you'll see the building. Take the elevator to the 5th floor, and the front desk is right there. When I checked in, an older gentleman explained everything in Japanese. The room was small, but since I was alone, it wasn't an issue. The shower and toilet are in the same space, which was a bit inconvenient when showering. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold, and once I turned it off, only cold water came out, so it was quite chilly. The TV didn't work, and there was no AC, but there was a heater. There was only one blanket, so it was incredibly cold in winter. The lady at the front desk didn't speak Japanese, so we used a translation app for English and Korean, but she was very kind and helpful."

"This hotel is perfect for a layover near the airport. You can take the 205 bus directly from the airport to the hotel. It's made up of four buildings, and I stayed in building 3. The spa is in building 4. There's a park and the beach right in front, and plenty of restaurants behind the hotel. The front desk staff can speak Chinese. They don't provide toothbrushes, but everything else is very smart and modern."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would happily book again. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Seoul Subway Line 5 (Purple Line), Exit 7, which made getting around the city easy. The area is also close to DDP, with two Olive Young stores nearby, so daily essentials and shopping were never an issue. We stayed in a suite room, which was very spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The entry foyer meant that while you could hear occasional movement from people passing through the lobby area, no noise reached the bedroom, so sleep quality was excellent. The bed deserves special mention — my husband is extremely picky with mattress firmness, and this one was fully husband-approved. The room was spotless, well-heated (AC set to heating worked perfectly in winter), and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, with strong and consistent hot water, great cleanliness, and a bathtub, which was a must-have for us when booking. Amenities were impressive for the price point: • Fast, reliable Wi-Fi • A huge TV (Netflix streaming worked perfectly) • Very good quality hair dryer (not the cheap hotel kind) • Full-length mirror cabinets, which were genuinely useful • And a standout feature: the LG Styler, which was a huge plus and not something you find everywhere The staff were warm, professional, and spoke very good English. We were also able to leave our luggage at reception after checkout while exploring the city, which made our last day stress-free. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and thoughtful details. Ideal for leisure travelers who want space, comfort, and a reliable base in Seoul. No complaints — just a very solid, well-executed stay."

"The hotel is quite basic. The room was small, and the bathroom looked a bit tired. I didn't like the towels; only small ones were provided, no bath towels, and they didn't absorb water well. There's no toothpaste or brush in the room, but you can buy them from a vending machine on the ground floor. You have to take your own trash to the 3rd floor, where there's also a kitchen and washing machines. There's an air conditioner, but I couldn't find the remote, so I had to unplug it to turn it off. Once the AC was off and it was quiet, I heard squeaking and scratching in the wall, and I'm pretty sure it was a mouse. The hotel is located up a hill, which makes it hard to walk with luggage. Check-in was contactless; I didn't see anyone at reception the whole time. Next time, I'll choose a different area to stay; I didn't like the Mendon district. I only stayed here because my friends were in this neighborhood."

"We were able to store our luggage there prior to our stay as we wanted to go for Busan for a few days. We brought the luggage early in the morning around 6. Even though the hotel reception is closed at that time, the receptionist woke up for us to get our luggages. He had his night shift and was sleeping. Many thanks for him. Overall really nice and helpful employees. Breakfast is really simple, but for to go it’s good to have a bit. Room is really small but fictional. Not recommended if you have a lot of big luggages and like to spread them all over the room. But if you have light luggage it’s not a problem at all Room was small but clean. Nearby cafes are really nice. If you want to go shopping and party in hongdae then it’s good place to stay. Also not far to myeongdong - like 20 min I think. But far for Gangnam."
