Comfy place to rest for next day flight Near to airport Towel smelly and only two provided Hair found on bed Overall still rest well

Definitely I will come back.nice location and facilities Just towel, u need to make sure not smelly. Even there is no reception the check in process is so easy

Security was good. Logbook security. Access card required from parking to Soho suite. Whatsapp owner to get instructions on how to check-in. Clear instructions. Location wise. Kipmall, ninso, food truck , laundry just below the building. Soho suite with pool view. For future, maybe owner can provide washing machine so tenant can do laundry inside. Only 2 towel provided, despite having 3 people in booking. Good for short stay.

Great place BUT nearly did not get to check in. Communication skills zero. Day before I messaged asking for checkin details. No reply. Then I call the number. Not work. Land in KL on my checkin day and still no response. So to and fro with Trip.com to get this sorted. They were brilliant and got resolved. However, not appreciate the stress of sitting around at the airport trying to book somewhere else as thought I had been scammed.

The room was nice. The place is near the shop and supermarket, which is very convenient. However, the elevator is under maintenance, so it is quite scary.

Nice studio apartment for transit and transfer to KLIA. Massive space with a comfortable queen size bed. It is enough for couples like us. There are many shops and malls strategically located at KIP. Everything all at once. For sure worth it. I will definitely stay at the this area again in the future. Overall, I'm satisfied.

crockroaches,, a lot of crockroaches is like a crockroache museum but u r okay with that, just come is near the airport for real i dont u guys wanna see the photo so...yes

Really love the place a lot… while i’ve been working in KUL for almost 2 years and my last year in KUL, as my rental’s contract is done. So i’ve just booked this Suite just to stay for few weeks before i move to Kota Kinabalu

Unhygienic and unacceptable, roaches crawling out of the bed, after informing the person in charge, she pretended like she didn’t know what a cockroach looks like and took it very lightly. Apologies wasn’t enough for this situation.

no of pax in the booking is 4, yet only 2 towel are provided. and the toilet is clean but smell slightly. and theres a recurring sound of window flapping thru out the night. other than that, check in process was rather easy. room was okay.
