The property is clean, good towels and tons of hot water. The front desk staff are professional, friendly and helpful. While the facilities are dated, improvements are being made and the owners are not letting it run down. All in all a good budget minded motel

Nice room for the price, the only problem is that there is no air conditioning, it was very hot in the room to sleep even if the temperature outside was not that hot around 18 degrees

This hotel needs a serious facelift. The shower curtain stank.
The constant noise from Boulevard Laure prevented us from sleeping with open windows and the rooms did not have air conditioning.

Bad service and outdated condition of the premises.
Bad smelling carpet smells of humidity, outdated equipment throughout the hotel. Lunch included…First time I saw this yogurt and cheese muffin in the room fridge. Well, we make do with all the hotels being full. We had to shorten our stay as an elderly person with us needed care. In a context where there is a shortage of rooms so it is easy to re-rent... there is no way to agree on a penalty, we must pay for the room in full even if it is re-rented.
