When you first arrive at the facility, the welcome is very positive, the check-in procedures are practical, you complete the procedures as soon as possible to benefit from the facility and start your holiday. The accommodation rooms are in excellent technological and hygienic condition. There is no problem with using the pool, beach, sea and water park. All the staff working in the dining hall, bars, pool and beach security, room cleaning and entrance are very knowledgeable, caring and enjoy their job and provide the best service. We just couldn't see much interest in the animation group during the day. Except for a few people, it seems to be poorly managed. The quality and taste of the products used in food and beverage services are first class. Many hotels never offer these facilities. But fun&sun belek is very successful in these matters. Especially pool security lifeguard Hüseyin Akın, Bar staff Gizem, Onur, Mehmet, Mehmet, Animation gymnastics team Jenya were good.

Animation team have been amazing, they have been so welcoming and fındık , safaa, doğan , Ahmet , Fero and Dj was so good involved us making our experience a memory of a life time! Pool and pool side activities were brilliant, they got us up and involved Thank you xx

Good hotel. Recommend to people who want passive relaxation. Also I enjoyed food and drinkings. Every evening we had entertainment for kids and after for everybody. Pool and sea are clean and very joyful. Unfortunately couldn’t swim after 8 o’clock. Very very good experience.

Food - didn’t cater to vegetarians unless you wanted to live off salad. Grill for my partner was good but buffet was just there to make sure you weren’t hungry and my daughter lived of spaghetti and the ice cream parlours outside. Puddings great selection. A la Carte was simply diabolical. Outside snack bar the chefs and staff were amazing and this was my family and friends go to after having the skip the limited breakfast. Entertainment - 8:30pm for an hour was for the children and by daughter loved it. She honestly looked forward for it every evening. 9:30 adult entertainment was usually pretty good. Singers brilliant and the magician but having the Turkish anthem rammed down your throat for an hour whilst watching a man spin round in a cloak until he almost fell over dizzy followed by women jumping around screaming did actually give me a head ache and we got funny looks when we moved away from the entertainment area for not appreciating this extremely strange display! Entertainment staff - Ferro is honestly an asset to the business. I enjoyed his yoga class. His English was spot on and he would do rounds to make sure everyone outside by the pool and bar area were happy and content. He would advise on activities happening throughout the day and his energy was magnetic.Dogan was did a brilliant job being the DJ by the pool. again a really fun guy who would make sure all customers were happy and would spend time with you. We enjoyed evenings spent with both of these staff. Unfortunately the water sports lady part of their team seemed to be more interested in speaking to men and asking you if the man you had been seen spending your holiday with was your husband or not followed by inviting said husband (and my friends husband) out to town to drink leaving us mothers behind to watch children when we would have loved a night out ourselves! , maybe this short conversation was due to her lack on English, I am unsure? She would regularly walk around in thong bikinis at the beach dancing which i found a little inappropriate infront of young children but I suppose it was 32 degrees and maybe this is part of the job description? It’s just not something I’m used to when I go away to the Caribbean.. so Europe was a new experience and I’ll take note for future bookings. Sadly I did not get her name as she was not interested in speaking to families much. However our husbands did seem to enjoy their night out which dogan, ferro and this lady arranged. Bar staff - lady called gizem was amazing at cocktails. Unbelievably friendly. Tried extremely hard with her English and always made me feel welcome when I walked into the pool area. Beaming smile etc. A genuinely brilliant bar worker and I would visit the bar she worked on just to see her. The room - you could see each other showing and going toilet from the bed area, very odd!! Also my daughter’s pull out bed had no bed linen or quilt so we had to use a blanket we had bought along with us which she snuggled

We have just returned from a 7 night stay here as two family’s Rooms were a good size and beds very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned beautifully everyday with fresh bottled water topped up in the fridge daily. Food was ok but very repetitive. The Italian a la Carte was awful we actually walked out mid meal and decided to finish our meal in the main restaurant which was disappointing as we were looking forward to the a la Carte. However the snack bar by the beach was brilliant open 12-4 which served burgers, pizzas and kebabs all made to order. Also there is a lady that makes flatbreads to order in the afternoon which are amazing! As one of only a few English people we did find the staff tried hard to make us feel welcome although they could speak very little English. The hotel mainly caters for Russians with majority of the entertainment also in Russian. The bars were good with a good range of branded spirits. Gizem on the bar was incredible she was welcoming and always had a big smile on her face. Furkan and Deniz on the bar were great too! Ferro and Dogan of the entertainment team were fantastic and spent a lot of time with us whilst there. There was another lady that did the aqua aerobics I didn’t manage to catch her name but she had more interest in mine and my friends husbands than us as family’s which I found a little in appropriate being as this is supposed to be a family hotel. Pools and the private beach were great and kept clean all the time. The children really enjoyed the two water slides. I was apprehensive due to previous bad reviews but have been pleasantly surprised. The only thing I would say let’s it down is the food.

The hotel is in a very bad condition, it is old and needs renovation. It does not deserve 5* but a modest 3*. Everything is dirty from the rooms, restaurants, beach, bars, towels... The food is monotonous, the same meal is repeated every day. This would not be a problem if the food selection was not modest except for 15 types of salads. During breakfast (which is until 10:00 a.m.) at 10:02 a.m. I wanted to take a pastry, but they took it in front of me even iI put my heabd to take it. Not recommended!
