Paid for a suite—hot tub DID NOT work. Couldn’t find the remote for the TV in the second living area. I got CAULK all over me from the fresh caulk surrounding the hot tub. The art work hanging above the bed had shattered glass and was barely hanging so we took it down. I didn’t feel like dying in a crappy hotel suite.

We have stayed at this motel for many years. The last few condition has deteriorated because of lack of upkeep. Handles fall off drawers and screws are *****ped so they cannot be reattached; carpets show wear; lock on balcony door was broken. The thermostat on the heater did not work so it was always running full tilt unless you turned it iff completely. So temperature was either too hot or too cold. Housekeeping was hit or miss. They either did not come at all or only partially took care of the room.
On the positive side, location was convenient and price was lower than other places. Guess you get what you pay for.

All in all, this was a decent hotel! We read the reviews and they were pretty spot on. The rooms were pretty clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were awesome. The breakfast was decent. The bathroom and the front door of the room were dirty! Just needed a good cleaning and scrub down. We slept just fine!

The night clerk did not handle my concerns other than offer I could just leave and not check-in. I prepaid my reservation 2 weeks before arriving. The night clerk acknowledged that but added he still needed my credit csrd for a deposit of $100 "for incidentals". I asked what that could possibly be. Incidentals? Do you have pay-per-view TV, fridge minibar, or room service? He said it is to cover things I might steal or break that might be discovered after I leave. "If you don't agree, I can't check you in. He refused to examine the room with me or provide a checklist of items that could possibly be taken. He calls me a possible vandal and theif, wants me to post bond on stuff I don't know exists. It was 8PM, I traveled all day to work, it is 20 degrees outside and he tells me pony up or find a new place to stay.

Spacious rooms for the traveling family. We arrived at 855pm and pool was set to close at 9pm... the young man let us go have a quick dip before he shut it down. cheers!

Positives...The hotel staff were nice. Our room was clean for the most part and smelled good. The indoor pool and hot tub were good. Old hotel with old furniture but good enough for what it is. Breakfast was also really good.
Cons...the room above ours was really loud all night. Sounded like people were running around thumping foot steps and like they were moving furniture around constantly, it was really bad.

Property is a bit dated but gets the job done. The rooms are a bit loud being so close to the highway. Indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for the family.

This was the dirtiest place I ever stay at! Paint chipped on the door frame, back of the bathroom door is peeling. I drove 700 miles with 2 little one to stay in this nightmare.

Wasn’t very friendly check-in she seemed annoyed with questions. Pull out had no blankets sheets or pillows. Would’ve got pillow but gave us ripped sheets for pullout. Shower doesn’t drain. Place is run down, breakfast gross and hair in sausage. Used to use Quality INN for work but won’t stay again if they are all this bad now. Room was big and spacious and checkout was easy.
