TERRIBLE! Toilet/bathroom smell like sewer, and our night stand/the floor was infested with ants. When we brought the ants up at the reception, the response was basically: "Well, it happens", with no understanding, or offer to make it right in any shape or form. Worst service I've ever experienced in a hotel.

We had to complete check in via an app before leaving the UK and then on arrival received a message with door codes to enter the building and our room. We had an upgraded room that overlooked the street. There was an element of noise mainly from early morning traffic. I am a light sleeper but managed with earplugs. The room itself was basic but bright and clean with an amazing shower and one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. The location is great too, just around the corner from Avenida de Hercules with many cafes and tapas bars icluding Cafe Piola for a great brekfast. The area is popular with locals and has a real buzz. You are a 10 minute walk across the river from the old Expo site, 20 mins from the Triana district, 20-25 minute walk from the cathedral and Alcazar and around 35mins from the Plaza de Espana. To sum up, a good choice for a budget stay in a great location where you can really immerse yourself in Spanish life.

Do not stay at this hotel !!! Pictures do NOT look like the reality! I actually don't know where to begin. Being British I am genuinely one not to complain but this place is appalling. In brief... main front door got stuck, we could not get out. Had there been a fire we had no other exit. All windows have metal bars on them. The other exit is through Reception, which is locked at 6pm. Staff not interested. We waited 45 mins for someone to come. Carlos was rude and told us it was not his problem if there was a fire. We had Room 1, damp, airless, windowless room, tiny, nowhere to unpack. We were moved after complaining to room 6. No decent tea/coffee facilities at the hotel. None in the rooms. A few tea bags put out in the morning at 10am, no coffee, asked if there would be some later in the week, answer, no! Water dispenser ran out. No fresh water till morning. Sun terrace opens at 10, closes at 6pm. No cushions on chairs so not worth sitting out. This hotel does not resemble any of the pictures on its website or booking dot com. We have informed booking dot com about the fire exits as this is genuinely dangerous if the front door fails again. Booking dot com gave us 36 euros as a gesture of goodwill for all the trouble we've had. The hotel not in the slightest bit interested. The shower leaks badly, so you need to use your towels to soak up the water on the floor. Ants in the room. Hotel did get rid of these. We are well travelled people and at £50 a night, this does not command this figure. We wanted basic, however this is a disgrace and the lack of fire exits did not make for a restful stay. We booked this hotel based on the photographs and reviews. Neither came close or lived up to the reality. On the plus, there are some nice restaurants to eat at near the hotel, but then again there are lots of superb restaurants all over Seville.

This property is definitely not for people of the older demographic. Check in required you to have What’s Ap on your phone which I did not have nor was it communicated that I needed it via email from *******. Advertised that reception hours were 10-6pm but on our arrival no one was present and required me to access my international roaming to seek assistance which was a disaster. Finally we got into our room which was on the ground floor with a cafe right outside so the shutters had to kept down for our entire stay. The shower screen leaked and needed repair asap. The area is vibrant and you feel like you’re really experiencing Sevillian life which was a positive. Would not recommend.

In a great location, staff were very helpful at reception! The rooms are basic, but are clean and have everything you need. The rooms where a bit noisy at night, however this can only be expected from being a popular area.

Very simple, but very comfortable. Everything is at walking distance and public transport very easy. Easy check-in

Very good hotel for the price. Clean, quiet, location is fantastic.
