While in the accommodation, the sound of construction did not stop and it was not soundproofed. The breakfast cost, which I paid in cash the day before, was not handed over, so I paid more when checking out. They said they would check it out and return it, but they don't seem to have any intention of looking at what hasn't been returned yet.

Great location, good value for money, and the staff is very nice. This was the second time staying here and would totally recommend it for anyone looking to stay in the center of Seville. The room was alway clean and had more than enough space. A small balcony over looking the street was a plus.

We were a group of 14 people - aged 72 to 2! We had a lovely time. The double rooms and quadruple rooms were all exceptionally clean and well-sized for our purposes. They all had AC in them and the wifi worked very well in each room. The shower had good water pressure. Would recommend to any guest! Staff were wonderful - from booking to pre arrival and departures.

Nice surprise! Hidden gem. Affordable, clean, great location and fabulous staff. We stayed for a few days and felt at home. The very friendly staff welcomed us every day with a smile and they were so helpful. Everyone demonstrated professionalism and dedication. The director, Ms. Martin, was especially helpful when we had issues with our lost/delayed baggage. Also, she gives the best recommendations for restaurants/places of interest. Thank you Petit Palace, we'll be back!

I am writing this review because maybe I will get the attention of the hotel this way. Last summer i went to the hotel and was informed by mail that I had left a sweater in my room, which they could send me back to Portugal for 25 euros (pretty expensive if I may add). I provided the card informations as requested and was informed days later that the card was declined. I asked in another email if there was some other way I could make a transfer so they could send the sweater and did not get a reply. I sent another email, again without answer. I called many times, was told they were going to check but that a long time has passes (which I am aware but if you don't answer times keeps passing) and in the last few days my calls have not even been answered by the rececption. I just want to know if my sweater is even in their possession but can't seem to even reach them which is incredibly frustrating.

Since I booked the room via Booking, I paid for it in advance. The purpose of my travel was business and I needed the University’s name on my receipt. To do that, the girl at the reception have charged me again, the same amount. She told me that she would refund this amount, and then charge it again, but the refund was not recorded on my credit card. I checked in the bank, and they told me that the money was not refunded, only CHARGED TWICE. Further, they told me that the refund was done automatically (which is not) and then they just ignored my emails and kept the money!!!!

Reached Seville on the 20th November around 4pm.First thing I noticed that stands out from other hotels was how small the elevator/lift was.Roughly measuring 1.2 m X 1.5 m(4feet by 5feet). Let's remember this is a 2 star hotel and the building is an old refurbished one.So expectations has to be on par for what it is.Having said that some minor things could b added to make it a bit more fresh.Such as new paint n attention to details such as newer curtains and furniture. What stands out though is the pricing and the staff on site.Especially the breakfast crew.Very welcoming n efficient in ensuring food is kept in supply n guests are seated comfortably. Location wise, the pricing makes it a steal.Very near to shops and attractions. Walkable to Triana minutes away. If pricing and convenience is on the top of yr list and u don't mind the slightly rustic rooms and the small lift.Go for it.

Before I start writing about the negative. I have to say how lovely all the staff were. Everyone of them were amazing. The hotel itself though is not that great. The rooms are tiny and all crammed down a tiny corridor. So every time anyone arrives or leaves their room it is very very loud. Every sound can be heard. Even street noise outside is very very loud. The rooms themselves even though tiny were cleaned daily and kept spotless. As for breakfast. Even this dining area is tiny. It’s so small that there’s not enough tables to sit. Every morning we were there we saw lots of people have to leave as no tables. There are so many coffee shops in Seville that I would recommend going to one of them instead for breakfast. The actual location of hotel is good. About 15 min walk to the cathedral. But also a nice walk through the shopping area to get there. Would I stay there again. Probably yes. It’s well priced budget hotel and the staff won it over for me. They were brilliant.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the breakfast was really good with a lot of cold and hot options (Spanish omelet was our favorite) though fruits could be fresher. They even offered nuts and different types of jam for coffee/tea, and there were several types of juices. The elevator was so small that only one person with luggage could fit in. Receptionists were always friendly. However, the room was probably the worst we have stayed in. The beds (double bed and bunk bed) were put at the entrance of the room with 90 degrees angle between them and less than a foot between them. It was really hard to get from and into the room and not to get hurt. Person sleeping on the lower bunk bed was unable to sit on it. And one small plastic chair was not enough for the quadruple room.
