Hotel is fresh, beautiful and trendy. The breakfast has both western and eastern cuisine represented and everything tasted good. The room is modern with luxurious finishes. Automatic curtains, bedside lighting controls made added to the comfort. The bed, although firm, was comfortable and we slept well. We did hear a lot of water noise coming from either the floor above or from the pipes. We would definitely stay here again, or at another Atour hotel based on this stay, the staff was friendly and warm.

This is a newish hotel targeting the younger business/leisure travellers in China, the employees were all friendly and helpful, the room and amenities were adequate, clean and functional, the location was central. Overall I have had a lovely stay, will return.

Friendly staff and efficient service. Hot tea upon arrival.
You can simply inquire or request anything on WeChat and they will send a robot up with things you need or your takeaways.
Room was clean.
10 mins walk to big shopping malls. Had a good stay, highly recommended.

The experience was great. Love the hotel design, location and service. The hotel was well designed, modern and elegant in style. We stayed for 8 nights and could easily travel to places of interest. The provision of late evening porridge was a nice touch especially in winter. Staff including the housekeeping ladies were polite and helpful. I would stay here if I visited again.

“The hotel is very close to Ximending. It is new, modern, and cozy, with good air conditioning that is easy to adjust. The breakfast is okay, and the staff is kind. I recommend walking from Ximending Station, Exit 1—cross the road and walk about 10 minutes with luggage.”

We had a late check out at 2pm, which was nice. The room given was much smaller than the one my friend got via another web "Axxxx". My room has no sofa and was not provided with a luggage rack, hence very inconvenient. Fridge was a warm one hence cannot store my fruits. Anyway, bathroom facilities are good and bed comfortable.
