The check-in experience was okay. 🙂衞生：新酒店，準確的説，是養老小鎮裏的一棟樓。房間剛進去的時候潮味很重，所幸帶陽台，開門開空調換風之後好多了。衞生打掃的還不錯。 😟環境：適合養老沒錯了，散客出行得有車。周邊沒有用餐的地方，酒店早餐是養老社區配套，偏清淡，種類少，菜色一般。周邊沒有景點，不要相信所謂的看星星看日出，晚上出去路上都沒人沒路燈瘮得慌。 ❗️最近的景點，東灘濕地公園、丁壩…都在10公裡外 ❗️最近的餐廳，在陳家鎮上，10公裡外 ❗️沒有外賣，沒有咖啡。 😂隔音不好，對面樓裏打麻將的聲音，聊天的聲音，沖水的聲音，樓道里大聲喧嘩…聽勸，這個地方不適合年輕人。 😩服務：可能因為不是老年人，沒有感受到什麼服務。相反，誤入養老社區，感覺格格不入，不是被服務的重點。 ☹️設施：設施新。房間小。為了老年人方便，房間裏都是中文大字體標識。停車🅿️免費。社區裏娛樂設施齊全，不過沒用過不評價。 PS，入住的除了長者，基本上都是老年團隊。 長興島博物館票:這是訂酒店送的，意外驚喜。謝謝攜程！

入住時酒店剛開業，前台人員業務不夠熟練，倒是可以理解。因為是康養酒店，園區很大，客房和康養公用餐廳，導致餐廳很遠，動線不太合理，早餐很一般，可選很少。酒店位置比較偏，周邊沒有餐廳，晚上出門吃飯困難。

非常好我經常住酒店這家酒店是我最滿意的服務非常好把客人當家人無論是什麼地方碰到員工都能做到禮貌問候酒店設備非常到位特別是細節方面處理非常細膩是別的酒店所沒有的一個小小的貼紙一個小小的指示都表現得非常人性化特別是老年人住這間酒店很舒服特別要提的是前台服務小姐非常暖心晚上我用一下微波爐她非常熱情的幫我還説幫我送房間在這裏我再和你説聲謝謝B302客😞👍🤝❤️
