The room was cold and the lady at the front desk had a bad attitude! The hotel environment is poor. Worst hotel in Vienna I have ever stayed in. Breakfast only has the staple food of cold pickles. Hygiene is also poor! The room is completely different from the pictures online. There is a large pillar in the middle of the room. It was only 14.5 degrees when entering the room, and the air conditioner was turned on for 3 hours and the temperature was only 17.5 degrees!
