Regarding your concerns about room size and upgrades, we would like to clarify: the free upgrades advertised by Ctrip are subject to real-time room availability on the day. The reason we were unable to upgrade you this time was likely due to limited availability during check-in time and a lack of clear communication with our front desk staff in advance. This was a service oversight on our part. We will optimize our reservation system's room status notification feature to ensure guests are clearly informed of upgrade availability at the time of booking and proactively reconfirm their entitlement upon check-in to avoid misunderstandings. Regarding the issue of requiring guests to proactively request breakfast vouchers, we have already emphasized the "Check-in Entitlement Verification Process" to our front desk team. Going forward, we will proactively inform and provide breakfast vouchers and other entitlement items upon check-in, eliminating any unnecessary inconvenience.
