Very basic hotel, only chosen because of it's location on interchange of metro lines. Good enough for one night.

FenFen took care us well. The hotel is near Madang station. Room is abit tidy although it has what you need. However, I think the wall is too thin so that when other customers checkout in the morning, it was pretty noisy. Recommend to stay but ask for a quiet floor or room

Even you asked for a non-smoking, the room still smeeling cigarett everywhere in most room. There are also many cigarettes burn mark on there floor. The guest also smoke in the elevator. So, don't expect a non-smoking. Dusty air condition. It got under-staffs, all seems too tired and can’t speak any English.

It’s difficult to plot hotel on DiDi map. We went to the wrong branch and staff cannot speak Eng at all. Luckily it’s only 10 min walk to the right one. Be careful of the English name if you search on the map. It can be duplication. Need to check the hotel address. But hotel itself was not bad allow early check in. Clean and total is okay. Location not far from mrt madang station

Very good hotel! Highly recommended. They changed the room quickly when we asked because of smoking smell. Cleaning staff were very attentive. They also let us borrow their umbrellas.

Convenient location and Convenient location. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is quite friendly. there were some minor problems with the door, but they were quickly resolved. Daily cleaning service and very nice cozy rooms.

The overall experience wasn't very satisfying.
The receptionist is not very friendly. We've tried ordering 2 pieces of luggage while we're away for a day trip. Hence, we mentioned to the receptionist to collect on behalf. However, when we return to the hotel to collect they're not not sure which is my parcel & mentioned to me to find myself.
The cleanliness is ok. However the toilet has a sewage smell which is very obvious when you enter. The toilets & room look a bit old with the yellow stains.
We've got to walk 10-15mins to the metro station.

close to metro station. is just take ard an hour for me to walk to "新天地“ and "外滩” to enjoy shanghai environment as weather is chill. is so fun for me to discover few nice building and drinking place.

It’s my flirts time staying in this hotel. It’s always a pleasure . It’s clean , well located , a robot brings the waimai to your door , comfortable bed , modern. Fantastic 酒店房间干净卫生芬芬服务态度好帮我升级了房间来住几次了机器人送餐很方便一楼有洗衣房总体来说很方便
