It's average. It rained recently. There are many people living near the hospital. The last one left. We mopped the floor and we moved in. It was very wet and dehumidified for a day. It felt like dampness was returning. The pillows and quilts were like this. The window was in the bathroom. The room is very small and the lighting is very poor during the day.
