It was very late when I arrived at Pudong Airport in Shanghai for the postgraduate entrance examination. I opened the website to book this hotel, and my hotel arranged a pick-up. It was my first time in Shanghai, and I was not very familiar with the transportation in Shanghai. I asked the front desk staff, and they kindly answered my questions and suggested that I arrive at the interview location earlier, so that I would feel more relaxed. They were very sincere, gave me such good advice, and the hotel was well-equipped, clean, and bright. The price was high, but the quality was high.

I came to Shanghai to participate in the 15th World Wushu Championships, and I booked this hotel. It is very friendly, clean and hygienic. It is also very convenient to travel. The hotel is fully equipped. It also helped me exchange US dollars, introduced some interesting places in Shanghai, and Shanghai's specialty snacks. There are food streets around. I want to recommend it to my friends who come to China for tourism.

Got an upgraded room but the room was dirty, lots of dust, insects flew out when I pulled the curtains closed. The advantage is that there is a shuttle service to the airport when I have an early morning flight, the first round is almost 4 am when the shuttle picks me up. Another advantage is that the water pressure is very good and the staff can communicate in English. And the air conditioner remote is very difficult to adjust. Sometimes it is hot, sometimes it is cold. There is also a cigarette smell. The room is not soundproof at all.

Hotel is in a location close to the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room was clean but quiet old. Very good for one or two nights.
