Overall its was ok and the service was lovely. For me there is no privacy with big windows right out on to the street - felt like I was in a fish bowl. And the location was a bit too far away. Try to get a room not facing the street. Generally good value for money.

Stayed here for a month in September while having Chinese lesson near Jing’An Temple, easy to reach everywhere with the metro (10 min walk). The studio apartment is spacious which is quite nice for lo ger stays, kitchen to not always eat outside also a plus.

The check-in experience was far beyond my expectations. When I first came, a lady helped me with my luggage and checked me in. The room is also Japanese tatami, and the bedroom has wooden walls and floors. The staff are very enthusiastic and responsive, especially Davine, who speaks excellent Japanese. There is also a gym in the apartment, as well as a sauna and bath. I personally feel that the price-performance ratio is full. I have stayed in other base apartments, but none of them are as comfortable as this one.

The room is clean and comfortable in Japanese style, with large windows and very cozy. The transportation nearby is convenient, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to Jinhong Bridge. There is a convenience store opposite downstairs. The service staff is also very enthusiastic, carefully introducing and helping to check in. I will choose it again next time I come to Shanghai!

Stayed for 7 consecutive days. What I am quite satisfied with is that the room is quite airy and soundproof. The surrounding area is quite quiet and suitable for work and self-cultivation. There is a 24-hour on-call service downstairs, which is quite safe. It is great to have a gym and sauna!

It's far from the city center and shopping malls, but there's Zheng Yuanyuan nearby, which has great massage! **Ordering food is fast and there are many choices. The hotel has a takeaway stand for pick-up** which is very convenient. The bath shampoo and body products smell great.

The room design is very nice. The service is thoughtful and attentive. Devine is very friendly.

It's a bit of a walk from the hotel, but it's quick and safe to walk late at night. front desk: If you can assist with parcel collection and takeout, the front desk staff will notify you. If you do not have a mainland phone number, the front desk will notify you via WeChat. This time I asked them to help send the package, and the service was very good! If you haven't checked in yet, you can send the package here in advance, tell the front desk, and pick up your package from the shelf when you check in. They make a pot of tea every day, and you can bring a thermos to fill it before going out, so you can drink it when you go out. Inside the room: The equipment is very complete, but the disadvantage is that there is no humidifier or air filter or clothes deodorizing spray. When I come back from eating in a restaurant, the clothes are very smelly and they never go away. People who are sensitive to smell can bring their own Housekeeping: Make the bed, replenish water, take off shoes, tissues, change garbage in the room and toilet every day, and change toilet floor mats every day (this is something that many hotels cannot do) The floor aunts will mop the floor every day, and the room will smell good when you go back at night. Other facilities: The gym is 24 hours a day, but I didn't use it, and I don't know about the sauna either. We arrived early that day and were allowed to check in early. Thank you very much. The facilities are actually very complete and there are no problems with allergies or pillows on the bed to sleep on. The only problem was that it was very noisy the night I checked in. I didn’t know where construction was going on, and the house would vibrate. From the construction at night to the morning, it was noisy all night long... Another small disadvantage is that the plug next to the bedside is old-fashioned and can only use USB. The plug in the kitchen is relatively strong. I'm 15cm tall, so the shower head in the bathroom can only be hung back up. It's awkward to wash my hair and apply shower gel. I wish I could have a shorter shower head hanging next to it so it won't spray onto my face. The toilet supplies are very fragrant, and I especially liked the pictures. I want to buy the same ones. If you want to cook your own vegetables, you can take Exit 2 of Line 2. There is a large supermarket there with many vegetables to choose from. The fruits in the underground supermarket at Exit 1 are not delicious. When I left, the front desk also gave me a small gift. The service here is really worth it! There are Bawang Tea Ji, Mixue, Starbucks, coffee shops, shopping malls, supermarkets, and Watsons nearby. It is relatively close to Hongqiao Airport, and it is also very convenient to go to Shanghai West Road Railway Station, and it is also very convenient to transfer to Suzhou!

There were fleas on the bed. I slept there for a night and was covered with bites all over my body. My neck, arms, and legs were all itchy. It was so itchy that I couldn't sleep in the middle of the night. This was the first time I stayed in a hotel with fleas. I was so upset.

It was already evening when I checked into this serviced apartment for the first time. Cherry and Devine at the front desk were very welcoming and even upgraded me to a one-bedroom apartment. It is well-equipped and very clean. What I love most is that there is a washing machine in the room! The sun can shine in the room until the afternoon, which is great. Really recommended! Good service and enthusiastic people! The two security guards are also very enthusiastic and help deliver express delivery to the door of the room every day. I will stay here again in the future. The location is also great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai for business or pleasure!
