We booked a suite. The room was quite huge. The carpet seems to be a bit old but clean. No window in the bathrooms yet ventilation worked very well. And they have water filters installed.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful, could speak a english. Check in quite smooth and convenient.
Bathroom a bit old. We couldn't close the bathtub plug. Even housekeeping was not able to close it. Bed ok. The light switch was directly at the part of the bed, where you put your pillow. Switched it on accidentally during the night.
Breakfast was average. Not much choices and simple, e.g. coffee out of a big heating bucket, no coffee machine, bread was dry, fruits have been ice cold.

There is an underground parking lot. When you take the elevator up, there is a sign next to the hotel. When you drive away, tell the front desk that parking is free. The hotel breakfast is ok and the waiter is very enthusiastic.

This stay in the hotel was a pleasant experience. Recommended for business trips to Shanghai, the hotel is very conveniently located and has complete surrounding facilities. The room is comfortable and warm, with good sound insulation. Hotel floor service staff Wang Xiulan is warm and thoughtful, with good service attitude.
