Overall the hotel is not bad. Cleanliness can be improved, especially the lobby area. I arrived at late night and the cat in the lobby was smelly. Room was fine, but quite old, with cracks on the floor. The location is far from subway, taking the bus will be the most convenient mode of transportation. Nevertheless, they have many local eateries around that serve cheap and tasty breakfast!

honestly the best hotel ever (in terms of budget hotel) of course you cannot expect luxury service but you honestly get more than what you pay for. the staff members are SO SO kind, even the cleaner aunt that cleans the rooms, making the whole stay feel very homely. the front desk staff (which i didn't manage to get her name) is super responsive on wechat and will really go the extra mile to help, even when it is late at night. not forgetting the super adorable cat! overall it was a super amazing stay, and i highly recommend to stay here if you are on a budget. i will definitely stay here again when i am back in shanghai! 酒店的员工：谢谢你们！❤️

Best hotel I've stayed in whilst in China! The staff are excellent!! The hotel owners are so friendly and make you feel so welcome! And the cleaner is so sweet and makes sure you have everything you need for your stay. And I have to mention Chairman Miao ofcourse ❤️❤️
