Very nice hotel. Clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cute and comfortable. The rooms even have a mini fridge which is fairly rare to see in China! Decent breakfast. Delicious noodle place just downstairs.

I booked this hotel for some out-of-town friends. Its proximity to Xujiahui was a major plus, making it super convenient for us to dine in the area. Plus, it's not too far from Shanghai's iconic landmarks. There's even a lively barbecue spot right downstairs, which has a great local vibe. We were very happy with both the hotel's ambiance and the rooms.

My first stay at the Orange Hotel left a great impression. The room was spotless, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. To top it off, they even granted us a late check-out! I'll definitely be staying here again.

It was decent. The cleanliness was quite good. The front desk service could be a bit more attentive, but there were no other complaints. The entrance is quite small, and there's only one elevator. All things considered, it's pretty good.

The gentleman at the front desk (possibly a manager) provided excellent service and even kindly offered a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was very plentiful and varied, spotlessly clean, and the fruits were very fresh. The fruit tea in the lobby on the fifth floor was delicious. The bottled water provided in the room was Nongfu Spring, with unlimited supply. The laundry room was equipped with a garment steamer, washing machine, and dryer, all convenient and easy to use. The room itself was very clean, the pillows were comfortable, and most importantly, it was incredibly quiet with excellent soundproofing! Suggestion: It would be great to add a rack for clothes in the bathroom. I'll definitely be back!
