The hotel vibe was very cozy and i felt relax at the first sight. Room was clean but one problem is central ac was so hot during night time and can not adjust but the staff are very helpful by offering us to sleep in another room that has the window. The food tasting good!

Nice little sanctuary and very zen away from the busy city centre. Walking distance to museum and train station. Good breakfast. Attentive staffs. Enjoyed the singing bowl sound therapy and had a great session. Fan session was fun too.

Had a great stay! The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the city center, but if you don’t mind the distance, it’s definitely a great place to stay!

Great hotel, very nice, clean, warm (we were in the cold season). Excellent staff. We recommend going up to the roof to get a panoramic view of the city and visiting the attached restaurant.

The hotel is a pleasant place to stay, with its nice architecture and design. However, the lighting in the rooms could be improved as it is not sufficient. Despite this, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, which makes up for some of the shortcomings. It's a pity that there is no gym available, but the hotel does offer yoga classes, which is a good alternative for those looking to stay active during their stay. Unfortunately, coffee, tea, and other beverages are not readily available in the vicinity of the hotel, which might be a slight inconvenience for guests who prefer to have these options closer at hand.

Nothing to complain about. Loved everything there—from the ambiance and room design to the comfort of the bed, cleanliness, and even the breakfast! **Do remember to drop into their sound bath class. They also provide FREE porridge for guests from 9:30pm - 11pm, FREE laundry service (plus point✅). I was very surprised to find such a serene place in the middle of a bustling city like Shanghai🇨🇳.

The hotel was overall very clean and pleasant. The food and desserts were beautifully presented and delicious. It had a zen-inspired style, creating a peaceful and meditative atmosphere.

Staff is attentive to my needs makes my trip to HYROX Shanghai at Expo being a relaxation and feeling fully recharged to resume my coming work week. Special thanks to front desk on 6 Apr 2025 who called me quickly to come back to retrieve my passport. I was able to board my flight on time.

It is very close to the Art Museum and has a nice ambiance, but it would benefit from "No-noise" in hallways signs as many people are so loud when walking in hallways regardless of how late it is. Good breakfast, and it is easy to get to the subway station.

We had a super pleasant stay at SAVHE Hotel. Whilst it is 20-30 mins drive away from the city centre, the place is chill and the staff’s hospitality was excellent. Great for couples who love quieter stay!
