Clean, good staff and good breakfast

Actually, I was disgusted after I arrived to check into my room upon my arrival at the lobby. I checked the requirements of the Hotel on the TRIP.com Website before booking my room regarding any Covid restrictions. All that was required was the 3Gs. Vaccinated / Recovered from Covid and lastly a Quick test (24 hour) to stay at the hotel. But, now get a load of this, when I got there (around 3:00pm), I required a PCR test which cost 79 Euros and the results would not be available until 24 hours later. That is a great help for my 1 night stay and on top of that I had booked 2x rooms and the money could not be refunded from TRIP.com Totally disgusting. Even the staff at the check in counter was very very unfriendly and left me out in the cold. So disappointing. So what more can I say. So I went to Constance on the Swiss side and they required nothing to check into their hotels. Go figure that one out. I am German and my own Country so awful

The room was super clean and big enough. The bathroom was great too. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient.

The hotel pleasantly surprised us, polite staff, everything was clean, and not far from the center, delicious breakfast, so everything was perfect.

You get what you pay. Das Hotel ist noch eines der klassischen Ibis, aber durchaus ordentliche Qualität. Die Lage ist sehr gut - das Parkhaus liegt direkt nebenan. Dort gab es Probleme beim Ausfahren.

This is the best IBIS hotel I have ever been. Pleasant reception, comfort rooms, clean and cozy place with good parking space, very near to the city center, river and the lake. The breakfast buffet with plenty of vegan choices and nice staff earns my best marks.

We stayed for four nights in this Ibis hotel. The reception staff were courteous and efficient. Underground parking available. The room was small but functional, had good storage space, comfy bed, air con and a view of the lake. The TV was old tech and needed updating. We didn’t have breakfast here. The hotel is in a good location close to the lake, easy walk to the town and ferry port to various places on the lake. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

A modern hotel in the heart of Konstanz with easy access to the train station. A good base point for a trip to Mainau and to Stein am Rhein. We were able to store our bikes safely in an underground parking garage.

A very clean and comfortable hotel. The room was nice, the breakfast very good. The location is very convenient.
