Because the hotel is new, I stayed here for two consecutive weeks. The two room types I chose were very good. The tonality of the room was as comfortable as always. The front desk service was also very good and responsive. The breakfast was rich and comfortable to eat. The hygiene was very clean and the hardware was also good. I will choose it next time.

This is the first time I have come across such poor hardware facilities in Atour Hotel. The signboard light is not even on. The air conditioner is said to be central air conditioner, but it only blows air for cooling and heating. The more it blows, the hotter it gets. In late April, the temperature outside was 23 degrees and the indoor temperature was 27.5 degrees. I was speechless. I went to the front desk and they told me to ask the property management to open the window... I was also speechless.

There is no air conditioning. The air conditioning in the room is central air conditioning. The temperature cannot be adjusted. The air outlet blows on the face all the time. The direction cannot be adjusted. It is too uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep well after watching the concert. Except that it is close to the venue, the air conditioning is really average.

The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, the service is also very good, the buffet breakfast is clean and hygienic, the accommodation experience is great, must give a thumbs up 👍

The location is remote. After arrival, the front desk told me that the room upgrade was not available. When I was about to leave, they immediately said that it was available.... In the end, I was given a room next to the elevator. I arrived a little late and was too tired to go through the hassle, so I stayed there. Although the hotel was renovated in 2022, it looks very old. The air conditioner only has ventilation and the mode cannot be changed manually. The bathroom exhaust fan makes strange noises, and the shower head leaks. I woke up at 6 o'clock in the morning and was woken up by strange noises that came from somewhere. It sounded like the sound of a vent machine operating, but I didn't turn on the air conditioner.... This is the first time I give a bad review. The experience is too bad!

I like staying at Atour very much, but this Atour is really disappointing. 1. The service is not bad, but it simply cannot meet the 4⭐ standard. Now that Atour has started to take the four-star route, it should not let its guests feel like a fast hotel chain. 2. I don’t even consider the change of seasons. The air conditioning is unified. It’s so hot that I can’t sleep at night, and there are no windows! ! The front desk asked us to turn on the ventilation system, which made us unable to sleep well all night. 3. The water pipe is still broken, but I can’t change rooms because I have water on my body. I hope I can pay attention to it when cleaning in the future.

I never thought I could stay in a hotel like this in Shanghai. The central air conditioner in the room can only heat but not cool. The windows are sealed and cannot be opened. It was so hot that I couldn’t sit still even after entering the room. Even turning off the air conditioner could not solve the problem. It was stuffy, so I informed the front desk, and the hotel offered to adjust the ventilation mode. When I tried to no avail, the engineering department came to debug it, but to no avail. They said the air conditioner was broken and left. I woke up in the middle of the night and called the front desk again, offering to bring a fan or a glass of ice juice. I hung up the phone angrily. I couldn't sleep all night. I had such an unprecedented stay experience. The hardware in the house was old and dirty. The software and hardware services of the Atour brand are at best worthy of the price of a guest house, but not more. The hotel market is in chaos now.

Separated from the gymnasium by a wall, there is a small door for entry and exit. When the weather gets a little hot, the room becomes extremely hot and stuffy because there are no windows, and the ventilation is poor. Everything else is fine.
