Shangrao Hotels with Swimming Pools

The location of this hotel is good as it is within the valley scenic area. the room that we booked was nice and clean with a good view. It was also near the food street and the main activity area. The valley was quite scenic (esp.night time when the whole vallley is lighted up), and the experience in the valley was good with many food stalls and cultural performances. The buffet breakfast spread was very good. Note that there is no laundry service. However, the hotel service needs improvement. When we arrived, the taxi was not allowed to drive to the hobby lobby, and we need to drag our luggage to the hotel reception from the entrance of the scenic area although it's not a long distance. My room was quite far from the hotel reception (10 min walk with many steps) , there was a hotel staff to guide us there. He was kind enough to help my wife with her luggage, but I can see that it was not a default service for them to help with the luggage as it was not mentioned by the reception to call them to help when checking out. The reception did not offer us the map of the whole vallley and make recommendations of what to do. We were a bit lost after we checked in to the room and had to walk up to the reception to get the map. Check out time was 12pm. But after breakfast, we came back to the room and found that we couldn't access the room with our card. We called the front desk, and they couldn't unlock it via the system and had to get a staf member to come to our room. Good thing that I bought the local SIM card and am able to call the front desk . If not, I will have to walk up to the reception to get this sorted out, and I had a train to catch! After checking out, I requested reception to call a taxi for us. To our surprise , she replied that they don't do that for guests. She asked us to call the car hailing service ourselves even after i told her we are not local and not familiar with the didi app. After repeated requests, she eventually helped us call a car. I'm not sure why she didn't offer assistance from the beginning. The experience would be better if the hotel could look into improving the areas that i have brought up.

Stayed in two rooms for two consecutive nights 1. Clean and hygienic, comfortable bedding and good sound insulation 2. Next to Wanda Plaza, there are many different restaurants and large supermarkets 3. Front desk staff are polite and efficient 4. The breakfast is sumptuous and very memorable

I heard that it was the first five-star hotel in Shangrao city. I came from out of town on a business trip and booked it after seeing good online reviews. I felt very grand as soon as I entered the lobby. The waiters greeted me politely and offered help. The front desk service was also very enthusiastic and introduced me to the hotel's facilities. Breakfast is served at the buffet on the 4th floor. There is a gym swimming pool on the 5th floor. The swimming pool is constant temperature and the water quality is very good. Clean and friendly to me who loves fitness. The elevator requires a swipe card to enter, which made me feel very safe. I tried the hotel buffet dinner that night. The dishes were rich and fresh, with unlimited seafood. It was a good deal at 138 yuan per person. The buffet breakfast the next day didn't disappoint me either. There were many kinds of local snacks. The view outside the room is very good, the environment is beautiful, the sanitation and air-conditioning refrigeration effects are also good, and fruit and afternoon tea coupons are given as a gift. It is cost-effective and worth staying!

It's a nice hotel with a nice big balcony and nice rooms. Breakfast tasted great too. Let's start with the shortcomings. The breakfast environment can be improved. For example, the tables and chairs are changed to double tables instead of round countertops, and the lighting is dim. I forgot my room card at the dining table, and the front desk asked me to go back and get it myself. If I didn't have it, I would be fined. (The result was delivered after I called the restaurant at my request) The front desk's request was reasonable. After all, it was the guest's own problem. But such a cold reply shows that humans are worthless, and robots can be used to replace humans.

Away from the hustle and bustle of time in the mountains, the air is full of sweetness. For children, this is the most natural paradise: fishing for fish and crabs in the creek; picking cranberries and tea leaves on the mountain; watching salamanders, frogs, and deer at the breeding base of the boss and his wife... The warmth of the villa is We felt comfortable living in the cabin; the wood-fired rice in the kitchen and the delicious delicacies cooked by the villagers using nature's organic ingredients kept us coming back; the capable and loving boss couple always tried their best to meet our needs...everything here is so Simple and natural, it is a spiritual habitat away from the city! Looking forward to coming again next time!

Unique experience worth trying at-least once ! The hotel is in an amazing location and it’s extremely beautiful ! This was a very special stay for us We were a bit skeptical based on the reviews , but it exceeded all our expectations by miles ! We booked a room facing the mountain view and it didn’t disappoint at all ! The room was very cozy and comes with stacked up mini bar , Evian water , Coffee capsules , projector , fruits. During the evening time they put up some chocolates , fruits , tea and water for the guests to enjoy and it was a nice touch :) Staff were friendly and accommodating , special thanks to 叶晓倩&唐臣金 for all the care and support

The homestay is located in a quiet country, the environment is comfortable and pleasant, the air is fresh, the room is spacious and comfortable and stylish, the most important thing is that the service is super good, the waiter Xiao Yuan is thoughtful, meticulous and very kind. This time I went out with my friends and lived in the same yard. There was a restaurant in each yard. We had dinner and breakfast at the homestay. The aunt cooked deliciously and ate well without MSG. It was very healthy.

I stayed at Xinbang Hotel for two nights on 26 and 27. I originally booked two rooms of different types, but the front desk upgraded me to the same room so that I didn’t have to change rooms. The hotel is clean and stylish, with a grand overall design that is elegant yet stylish. The rooms are clean and hygienic, fully in line with the market and hotel standards. The location is also a major advantage. It is very convenient to walk to Wunuzhou Park as other reviews said. It is right next to the hotel and separated by a wall. The breakfast buffet bar is very rich in items and can satisfy customers with different food preferences. It is highly recommended. The breakfast and tickets that come with the accommodation are really great value for money. It is completely worth staying at Xinbang Hotel for at least one night when visiting Wunuzhou. Room type is executive suite

The hotel stayed at this time was very satisfactory. The location is excellent and the travel is convenient. The appearance is atmospheric, the lobby is luxurious and full of art.
