Above normal 5 star service. From check in to check out all staff are very friendly. Staff always think of customer point. When arriving the hotel staff at the drop off point has suggested to sent the luggage to our room but we wanted to bring the luggage up to the room ourself ( don’t need to wait for the luggage in the room) When doing the check in and after getting the room key , another staff has suggested to sent our luggages to our room and clearly explain why they want to help to sent out luggages to the room. Time receiving the luggage’s very fast. In the check out day , has called for the luggages to sent for deposit. Staff Ricky is very friendly and love to communicate to customers. Well done for his good service. Thanks for making my boss and wife wedding anniversary memorable.

When I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time, GRO Jessica welcomed me with a big smile and assisted with luggage storage. Learning that this was the first time I visited Macau, she gave a warm introduction to the hotel, and recommendations to local attractions and food. She also coordinated with FO Castle to give me a room upgrade. I was surprised that she remembered my name and greeted me every time she saw me during my stay. Her hospitable personality is one of the reasons why I will choose to stay with Sofitel Macau again. FO staff member Castle was also exceptionally helpful and efficient. He helped me to check in quickly and provided clear answers to my questions. During my stay, I had a spa treatment, and dined at hotel restaurants, and the services were superb. I would highly recommend Sofitel Macau for its excellent services, great location and room cleanliness.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Fisherman's Wharf, opposite Sands Casino, and very close to MGM, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. It features an in-house Chinese restaurant that serves great food, with a special discount for hotel guests. Our suite was very spacious; despite being a corner unit, there was a water dispenser conveniently located right outside the door. The one-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom design was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. While dedicated USB charging ports were not available, there were convenient power outlets by the bedside for charging devices.

I spent a considerable amount of time searching on Ctrip, only to find too many hotels with tiny beds, cramped rooms, and questionable hygiene. So, the Leo Family Room I eventually found was an absolute delight! The room was surprisingly spacious (a real rarity in Hong Kong and Macau), featuring two 1.5-meter wide beds. The bathroom was also excellent, with a proper wet/dry separation and both a separate shower and a bathtub. As a non-smoking family room, it was completely odor-free, which was a huge relief for someone like me with an extremely sensitive nose. Check-out was incredibly smooth; I just handed in the room card (likely because I booked online and settled the deposit during check-in). In summary: It's clean, hygienic, spacious, quiet, and completely free of any unpleasant smells. Right in the alley across from the hotel's main entrance, you'll find a 'cha chaan teng' (local tea restaurant). Xin Kang Kee there is a real gem, offering 'ping leung jing'—great food, good quality, and affordable prices. Wynn and Grand Emperor casinos are also just a 12-15 minute walk away.

Recently stayed at Golden Dragon Hotel in Macau and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located near the Macau Ferry Terminal, making it an excellent choice for travelers arriving by ferry. It’s also within walking distance to some local attractions and *******, which adds to the convenience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It offers comfort and functionality. The bed was cozy, and amenities like the mini-fridge, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi made the stay comfortable. The staff were polite and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. The hotel also has a few on-site restaurants, offering a good variety of Chinese and international dishes. I particularly appreciated the breakfast buffet decent variety and fresh options.

The front desk staff kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a twin room, which even boasted beautiful night views of Big Ben. The location is truly excellent. Housekeeping was also exceptional; they meticulously tidied up our personal items and neatly arranged them. We were even gifted a teddy bear and a rubber ducky. I had specifically requested a customized teddy bear with my name when booking, and I was absolutely delighted that they fulfilled this special request. Breakfast was delivered directly to our room, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic. The hotel itself is incredibly convenient, offering a wide range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit. Its superb location means you can capture beautiful photos wherever you go! In short, it was an absolutely brilliant stay!

We had an amazing 4-night stay at Andaz Macau. From check-in to check-out, every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and professional. On our first night, our room was quite noisy. We were too tired to call the front desk, but I recorded a few short videos of the sound. The next morning, the manager handled the issue swiftly and efficiently by arranging a room change — everything was smooth for the rest of our stay. A special mention goes to our wonderful housekeeper, Cici. She was absolutely adorable and incredibly meticulous! My friend had left her brushes and makeup tools rather messily on the table, and when we returned, Cici had arranged every single item neatly in order. We were utterly surprised and impressed by her thoughtful attention to detail. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the service and hospitality at Andaz Macau. Highly recommended!

For our family study trip to Macau, I had read many reviews beforehand and was somewhat concerned about common complaints regarding hygiene, outdated facilities, and poor service. We booked a triple room, and overall, things were quite satisfactory. The hotel's decor definitely isn't as modern or high-tech as some of the newer hotels in Guangzhou, but the cleanliness was perfectly fine. All the basic necessities were there, and the staff's service attitude was decent. We decided to try the restaurant on the third floor, as reviews suggested it was very good. However, honestly, Guangzhou's Cantonese cuisine is far superior. On the positive side, the hotel's location is good. It's quite close to the light rail, and having a convenient cha chaan teng downstairs was a bonus for meals.

TTanya:)Our family stay was an absolute delight from start to finish. Traveling with our two children, aged 5 and 10, we were wonderfully cared for by “Jindy” from the Thai Front Office team. From the moment we checked in, her service was exceptional. She personally arranged for our luggage to be sent to our room, which was a fantastic two-bed room with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a delicious cake and a lovely kid's amenity waiting for us, along with complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. Jindy was incredibly sweet and courteous, providing us with excellent assistance and thorough information throughout our stay. Her attentiveness was a significant reason our family trip was filled with so much happiness. We created wonderful memories, from enjoying a ride on the swings together to savoring the delicious Zhen Dim Sum at the hotel. The convenience of having a Don Don Donki supermarket right there for our shopping needs, along with a variety of other shopping options, was a major plus. The heated swimming pool with its stunning skyline view was the perfect touch, especially considering the very affordable price. For any family planning a trip, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel

GGuest UserWe recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at the Londoner Grand Hotel and we had an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. A huge thank you to Manager Mariana for arranging a room upgrade, which made our 4-night stay even more special. The ensuite facilities were absolutely stunning! We also enjoyed dining at several of the hotel's excellent restaurants. The breakfast buffet at The Hampton Court was delicious, and we loved the [order to cook special menu]. Those dishes were amazing!!!Lord Stow's Bakery & Cafe was another highlight, with a fantastic breakfast spread. For lunch, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill was a great choice, with top-notch British food and personal service. We also appreciated the variety of Chinese cuisine available at Chelsea Garden, which we enjoyed for several meals. The Londoner Grand's hospitality and attention to detail truly made our anniversary celebration unforgettable. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend the Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Macau.

GGuest User✨ An Unforgettable One-Night Stay, Perfected by Shirley's Kindness! ✨ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Where do I even begin? My one-night stay at the Grand Lisboa Palace was nothing short of spectacular, and it was all thanks to a truly magical start at the front desk. From the moment I walked into the breathtaking, art-filled lobby, I knew I was somewhere special. But the true highlight of my entire trip was being greeted by Shirley at the check-in counter. 🤩 Her warm, genuine smile immediately put me at ease after my journey. Her English was flawless, and her manners were absolutely impeccable – she is the epitome of grace and professionalism! To my utter delight and complete surprise, she kindly informed me that I had been upgraded from a Deluxe Room to a suite! 🥳🎉 This wasn't just a simple room change; it felt like being handed the golden ticket to an entirely new level of luxury. Thank you, Shirley, for your incredible generosity – you are a true asset to the Grand Lisboa Palace and the reason my stay was so memorable! And what a suite it was! 🏰 The room was staggeringly beautiful, blending modern luxury with intricate Portuguese-inspired details. The space was massive, the bed was a cloud ☁️, and the marble bathroom with its deep soaking tub was pure bliss. 🛁 The panoramic views of Macau from the window were the cherry on top! 🌆 Beyond the incredible room, the hotel itself is a destination. The architecture is a masterpiece, like a modern European palace. I spent time just wandering the halls, admiring the stunning art installations and the majestic, crystal-domed atrium. It’s a feast for the eyes! 🎨✨ While my stay was short, I made sure to enjoy their wonderful facilities: · The Indoor Pool: It is absolutely beautiful! 😍✨ So serene and elegant, with a classic design that makes you feel like you're swimming in a luxury spa. The perfect place to relax and unwind. 🏊♀️💫 · The Grand Buffet: The breakfast spread was incredible – a global journey for the taste buds with so many fresh, high-quality options. 🍳🍣🥐 · The Spectacle: Just being in the complex felt grand and exclusive. It’s more than a hotel; it’s an entertainment and art empire. I truly did not want to leave. From the world-class facilities to the stunning design, every detail was perfect. But it’s the people who make a place unforgettable, and Shirley’s kindness at the front desk set the tone for a perfect 5-star experience. I cannot recommend the Grand Lisboa Palace enough and I am already dreaming of my next visit! ❤️ #GrandLisboaPalace #MacauLuxury #SuiteUpgrade #BestService #ThankYouShirley #LuxuryStay #IndoorPoolBliss #SJM

GGuest UserThe facilities were quite disappointing. On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was late, so I just used the bath mat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message confirming it was resolved. Yet, it clogged again the following day, forcing me to stop showering halfway to call them. Additionally, the room phone had a loose connection, making it difficult to dial out. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite irritated. At check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor, yet they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members then came up to show me how to operate the curtains... However, the housekeeping attendant was excellent – very patient and promptly responded to all my requests. The location is indeed quite out of the way. During peak hours, taxis were scarce, while it was much easier to hail one from The Londoner at the same time. If you're traveling with minors, I wouldn't recommend staying here; if you can't cut through [redacted], you'll have to walk a considerable distance. I'm unsure how people manage to explore Macau in a single day; for me, returning from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I wanted to take a taxi even to Wynn. The cleanliness was generally acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my irritated throat was likely related to the carpet.

GGuest UserMy wife and I had a very pleasant stay for the first time at Yoho Hollywood Roosevelt hotel. The housekeeping staff for my room no. 905 was excellent in their service. The receptionist Terry, door men (Charles, Edward & Kevin) were also very helpful and attentive to our enquiries and needs. We will definitely come back to stay again when we visit Macau the next time.

AAnonymous UserLet's start with the positives: the facilities are quite new, and breakfast was decent, especially considering the price point in Macau. Now for the downsides. As other reviews have mentioned, I found the check-in process to be incredibly slow; it took half an hour, even though I was checking in late at night. The front desk initially claimed there were no standard rooms available and tried to assign me an accessible room. After I declined, they 'magically' found a regular room. I truly don't understand their reasoning for this. On the second morning, around 10 AM, after returning from breakfast, my room key card had stopped working. I had to wait quite a while for a new one to be delivered, which disrupted my plans for going out at noon. I complained about the service quality, and they offered a fruit platter as compensation. In summary, if you're not in a rush and aren't overly sensitive to service issues, you might consider this hotel. The overall value for money is acceptable.

SSometravelbuddieI recently stayed at Yoho Treasure Island Hotel, and I must say, I am quite disappointed considering it is marketed as a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the high standards one would expect from a property of this caliber. Firstly, one of the most basic amenities expected in a luxury hotel—the bathroom—was subpar. The bathroom lacked a bidet, which is a standard feature in many high-end hotels, especially for guests seeking comfort and hygiene. Additionally, the bathroom door did not have a lock, which severely compromised privacy. This was particularly uncomfortable, as I did not feel secure knowing that anyone could potentially enter without warning. Furthermore, despite repeatedly requesting privacy by hanging the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door, staff members entered the room multiple times. This was not only intrusive but also disrespectful of personal boundaries and privacy. Such occurrences are unacceptable in a hotel that claims to offer a luxurious and private experience. Another inconvenience was the limited space available for storing clothes in the bathroom. As someone who prefers to keep their belongings organized and within easy reach, I found the storage options to be inadequate. The bathroom did not offer sufficient shelving or cabinets, forcing me to leave clothes and personal items in less convenient places, which diminished the overall comfort and convenience of my stay. Overall, my experience at Yoho Treasure Island Hotel was disappointing and did not reflect the luxury standards that the hotel presumably promotes. For a hotel that charges premium rates, I expected better facilities, greater attention to guest privacy, and more thoughtful amenities. I hope the management considers these issues seriously to improve future guest experiences.

CCC TourThis hotel is right next to the Jai  Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!

MMel HeytsyuRoom is spacious and clean Location is okay its near grand lisboa within 5-15 mins walk and maybe 20mins walk in senado square. Front desk is friendly and accomodating. However staff in pool area doesnt speak much in english and we encounter unpleasant service in swimming pool area, staff prioritize what they called “ the Regular chinese old woman” that always goes there and she acted like she own the swimming pool and staff there gather in a corner talking pointing and looking at us and we know theyre talking about us and as we make ourselves enter in the swimming pool.like we have a common sense and know what we are doing and we are just on the side of the pool and they keep on like bothering us that we should be just on the other side when we are just on the corner minding our own business coz that old woman feel entittled and thinks that she owns the place! It make us feel bothered instead of being relaxed swimming we felt unwelcomed. We ended up getting pissed and left and we go to the shower room and we just touch a towel and one old woman again get angry out of nowhere and says not to touch the towels and she asked if we are from philippines and said we must needed to be assisted and not to touch things. We just entered the shower room for like 10 seconds and ended up having this heated argument with the rude lady and the staffs just keeps on yapping to each other with their language instead of settling the misunderstanding between us and the old lady . not leaving us like we didnt exists.before we enter one kind staff said we can take towels in that shelves and later on the staff explains that those old chinese rude womans are regular there and we just need to let their rudness slide not sure if the hotel tolerate this kind of guests behavior. We got offended as first timers to checked-in to your hotel and your so called “regular”makes your guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and ruined our experience instead of having a good one. They obviously can be defined as “Racist”.
