Before our departure, we emailed Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao, and they responded promptly. Check-in was very quick, and they did their best to accommodate our requests. What touched us the most was that this morning, we accidentally pinched our child's finger while bathing them. The customer service department responded quickly, and within five minutes, a medical team butler was in our room to attend to our child's injured finger. They also granted us a late check-out and drove our entire family, including the elderly and children, to the Hengqin Port. Thank you, Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao! We booked the King suite and it was amazing. However getting to the hotel can be confusing since they have different towers. And it was disappointing that the children's facilities were closed when we were there as they have something called ”dark days” which are typically tue and wed when the water park and super fun zone were closed. Other than that, the service from the concierge and the housekeeping were fantastic! Love the evening turndown service too!

The whole place is beautiful and kept in perfect condition—everything was spotlessly clean, from the lobby to our room. The bedding was awesome, and it had such a peaceful vibe that really helped us unwind and recharge.Your staff are seriously great! Plus, having the shuttle bus right there made getting around Galaxy Macau super easy and convenient.Honestly, no complaints at all—great value and just a really fun, enjoyable stay. Thanks again for everything, and we can’t wait to visit you guys again!

Stayed 4 nights here. Simple and clean classic rooms. Beds and bathrooms are ok. Location is directly opposite the Galaxy via covered overhead bridge. Stay here if you prefer a quieter and peaceful place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very simple, able to fill up my stomach. There are two convenience stores beside the hotel. Walking distance to Broadway Food Street. I crossed over the bridge to Galaxy Diamond Lobby, took their free shuttle service to HZMB port to transfer to Hong Kong.

This was my first stay at The Parisian Macao, and it was a fantastic experience! I was truly amazed by the environment inside. Check-in was handled by a lovely lady named Emily. She was very kind and patiently explained everything we needed to know and helped with the arrangements. Her service was excellent! The hotel was very clean, and I absolutely loved the scent of the shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap! The only regret this time was that I forgot to request a room with a tower view, so our room faced the back. But it didn't affect our stay. I'll definitely be back!

This was my first stay at Grand Lisboa Palace Macau. I've been to Macau many times and stayed at various hotels. Grand Lisboa Palace Macau is relatively new, and I hadn't tried it before because I thought the transportation might be inconvenient. This time I chose it, and the experience was excellent. They offer **shuttle services**, making it very convenient to get to the ferry terminal or airport when checking out, so there were no transportation worries. I booked this stay on Trip.com, and it included breakfast, which was perfect.

I chose this hotel because of Zaha's design, and I was truly amazed by the futuristic setting. All the furniture and amenities in the room were very high-quality, and the perfume, hand cream, and toiletries had a fresh and pleasant scent. Interestingly, there was a picture book in the room that detailed the architectural design and construction process. When ordering room service, a dining table is brought in, and the service is excellent and responsive. The breakfast environment and taste are also fantastic – highly recommended. The only minor downside was that the bathtub wasn't clean; it felt gritty to the touch. Overall, I really loved this hotel and it's definitely worth staying at when in Macau. If I have the chance (and money) in the future, I'll come again and also try the Michelin-starred restaurant on the third floor.

Overall, it was comfortable, and the infinity pool was truly beautiful. Although the location isn't in the concentrated hotel area near Galaxy, it's not too far from the Jockey Club Light Rail Station. Near the Jockey Club Station, there are many great food options, including the Michelin-recognized old eatery Wing Kee. There's also a Supermarket and convenience stores; I really like that commercial area. It's perfectly fine to walk slowly (about 15-20 minutes). The hotel offers shuttle buses to Venetian and also to Macau Airport, but it takes a roundabout route. It's better to take a taxi or catch a bus from Venetian. There are also shuttle buses to Senado Square (near the Ruins of St. Paul's). The frequency isn't super high, but it's manageable if integrated into your itinerary. Walking for about 20 minutes also gets you to Broadway Macau, and crossing the pedestrian bridge leads directly to Galaxy. For those who don't mind walking, it's a good option. The hotel is a bit high-tech, with many touch-sensitive controls. However, for some reason, two out of the three rooms we booked had TVs that stopped working midway through our stay. We called IT to fix them, and they did get repaired, but it didn't last long. We just left them on for the sound. The two beds pushed together were very large and could comfortably sleep three people. Overall, it was quite good, and the weekday prices were also decent.

Initially, I was supposed to go with a friend, but due to feeling unwell, I let my friend go alone. I then tried to change the guest name on the booking, but encountered a lot of difficulties. Trip.com was unwilling to change my friend's name. I called the hotel, and they said they needed confirmation from the third-party platform. So, I called Trip.com again. After two or three days of processing and phone communication, they finally allowed me to make the change. It was quite inconvenient... However, the hotel's package reception service was pretty good; they could deliver directly to the room.

The hotel is nestled by mountains and the sea, offering stunning views 👍. Getting to Macau from Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge is very convenient. Sitting on the 'Golden Bus' (shuttle bus) and admiring the spectacular bridge and endless ocean is truly a delight. On this trip across the sea, I was lucky enough to spot some dolphins. These sea sprites were incredibly cute, but unfortunately, my hands weren't fast enough to capture them flipping around, so I missed the chance to photograph them. All I can do is wish these sprites a long and happy life 🙏.
