This hotel, located in the heart of Dalian, has an excellent location. Right outside, you'll find a bustling commercial district with plenty of shopping and dining options. The room decor is cozy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The staff are warm and attentive, and check-in was very quick. The hotel is well-equipped, and the robot delivery service is a convenient touch. The surrounding area is pleasant. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dalian.

The environment is great and very clean, very close to the Water City, and there's a subway station nearby, making transportation very convenient. The service is also excellent; you can drop off your luggage early, and they ask every day if you'd like your room cleaned. Dalian is also wonderful. I'll definitely come again next time.

I found a hotel really close to the scenic spots, and the environment was great. It's right by Xinghai Square, and downstairs is the riverside, from which you can walk to the beach. The location is truly excellent. My room overlooked the square, but the fountain isn't operating anymore, though there's still a light show. I stayed for two days and had a very good experience. The room was quite clean, and most importantly, the the service was also very good. They provided me with steam eye masks and disposable bath towels. The room amenities were also pretty comprehensive. Overall, I really liked the location; it was convenient for getting everywhere. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

The Zhonglian Hotel is one of the best-located hotels in Dandong, sitting right on the Yalu River with direct views of the Broken Bridge and even across to North Korea. The hotel is older and a bit dated, but it is well maintained and clean. The rooms are comfortable, and the vintage décor gives an old-time atmosphere that makes the stay unique. Breakfast is available with both Chinese and some Western choices, though the variety could be improved . Staff are polite and helpful, and the riverside location makes it easy to enjoy evening walks or explore nearby restaurants.

Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.

The hotel is conveniently located right downstairs from Zhongjie and the pedestrian street shopping area, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly accessible. I'm delighted to share my experience staying here. From the moment I stepped into your hotel, I was deeply impressed by its excellent service and elegant ambiance. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, promptly checking me in and providing detailed information about the hotel's facilities. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, allowing me to get much-needed rest during my trip. Furthermore, the hotel's dining service was very satisfying; the dishes were varied and authentic. The breakfast selection, in particular, was both healthy and delicious, providing a great start to my day. It's worth mentioning the hotel's prime location, with convenient transportation and nearby attractions and shopping centers, which greatly facilitated my travel and leisure needs. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, your hotel is an ideal choice. Thank you again for the excellent service and memorable stay. I will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family and look forward to the opportunity to stay again in the future.

1. The hotel's guest rooms are very modern in design, with a reasonable layout of space, especially the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which offer a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of Fushun, which is simply refreshing! ” 2. The breakfast in the hotel's restaurant is delicious, with freshly made wontons, fried dumplings, and Western snacks. 3. The hotel's gym is fully equipped, newly renovated, and spacious and bright. The swimming pool has clear water and an elegant environment. There are also professional lifeguards on site, which allows people to feel a full sense of security while enjoying swimming. ” 4. The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic, and the cleaning is very thorough. When checking out, they also remind me of the parking ticket. The manager took the initiative to contact me and helped me mail my belongings when I left them in the room. Thank you so much. The details are well done and the service is first-class.

This stay was a far cry from my visit in March this year. Both times, I booked Executive Club rooms primarily for the lounge access to relax. 1. **High Deposit**: For a three-day stay, they charged a 6500 RMB deposit. I found it quite high and double-checked, but the front desk staff was unhelpful and curt, simply stating it was hotel policy. 2. **Insufficient Water**: On the day of check-in, there were only three 350ml bottles of water. By 6 PM, I ran out and had to resort to drinking tap water from the bathroom. When I returned in the afternoon, the water situation hadn't improved, so I called housekeeping, and they brought two 500ml bottles. The next day, it was the same story! I even had my cold and fever medication laid out in the room, yet the staff didn't think to simply provide more water, like six bottles straight away? 3. **Slippers**: Yes, when I came back on the second day, I needed new slippers because the ones from the first day were completely soaked after our shower, but no fresh slippers were provided by housekeeping. 4. **The Embarrassing Afternoon**: On my third day, I decided to extend my stay for another night. I informed the front desk about this at 2 PM that afternoon. What followed was a truly embarrassing and frustrating afternoon. I explicitly told the front desk that I had a cold and a fever, needed rest, didn't want any fruit or anything, and just wanted to sleep. That afternoon, housekeeping staff brought water, slippers, and fruit in three separate trips. I was running a fever and desperately wanted to sleep, but I had to keep getting up to answer the door! I then realized I hadn't pressed the 'Do Not Disturb' button (not blaming the staff, but I had already clearly told the front desk I didn't want fruit and just wanted to sleep), so I immediately activated DND. At 5 PM, I thought I could finally get some sleep. The moment I drifted off, the front desk called, asking if I wanted to check out, extend my stay, or refresh my key card, etc. (Don't your systems track this?!). At that point, I just wanted to go home!!! The Front Office Manager's approach to resolving the issue was quite subjective. During dinner at the restaurant, I was given a hotel cartoon mascot as a 'solution.' When she called, she did express apologies for these issues and offered me a discount of just over 150 RMB (which I believe was the difference for the executive lounge when I mistakenly extended to a different room type for the fourth night). She clearly had no idea about the embarrassing experience I had that afternoon. The next morning, still running a fever, I had to listen to her lecture me. That's when I decided to write my first truly serious negative review! I hope the hotel ensures they always have enough water and slippers ready! What's the point of charging such a high deposit?

The biggest surprise during my stay at this hotel was the city night view! Facing Youth Street, and located at its very end, I had a panoramic view of the entire street – absolutely stunning! Plus, Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager, arranged a suite on the highest floor for me! She proactively checked in on my experience throughout my stay and helped me with various procedures and coordination at the hotel, something I haven't encountered elsewhere! Definitely five-star praise! The hotel also has a pool and a gym, which is great. The location is superb. It's a 15-minute taxi ride to Zhongjie and 28 minutes to Shenyang Station, both very convenient. Shenyang is really nice; you can take a high-speed train for half an hour to Benxi to try their specialty dried tofu skin, which is excellent.

SShenzhenyerenA truly upscale hotel. The decor is very stylish and well-designed. They pay attention to the details; for instance, the stainless steel towel rack is heated, a bit warm to the touch, which can dry your towels and prevents that cold, metallic feeling after a hot shower. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. My room was on a high floor, offering great city views. The front desk is on the 88th floor, and the elevators are incredibly fast; you can definitely feel the pressure change in your ears on the way up.

GGuest UserI came to Jinzhou, Liaoning specifically for the Fengguo Temple in Yi County. In fact, it is really worth it. The hotel is also very good, very large, spacious and smart. The TV can cast the screen, and the toilet is gravity-sensing. It is right next to Jinzhou Station and the bus station is across the road. I came from Jinzhou South Station and took bus 205, which went directly there in less than 30 minutes. Living here is very convenient whether by train or by car. It is very practical for me to go to Yi County. By the way, I flew back to Shanghai from Jinzhou. The hotel is a 5-6 minute walk along Yan'an Road and there is an airport bus. It costs 5 yuan per person, which is much more cost-effective than taking a taxi. It's really good!

3300018****The room's surroundings are elegant, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene is good. The large indoor hot tub is operated by a light switch (it took me a while to find it!). We received welcome fruits, and the staff, noticing we had a child, provided extra blankets, several bottles of water, and children's toiletries. There's an electric shuttle service to and from the lobby. Our butler, Xiao Li, was excellent – communication was smooth, and he promptly registered our license plate for easy access. The breakfast was rich and better than what you'd typically find at a five-star hotel. However, there are a couple of downsides: 1. For a room costing over a thousand yuan per night, there's no mini-fridge, which is inconvenient for chilling fruits, medicine, yogurt, or cold drinks. 2. The restaurant service wasn't very enthusiastic. After ordering, they didn't proactively offer hot water, though they would provide it if asked. This falls short of what you'd expect from mainstream chain restaurants and hotels. We ordered two sugar pancakes for dinner that evening, but they never arrived, and neither we nor the staff remembered or reminded us – great.

AAnonymous UserI had mistakenly booked a street-view room when I was really hoping for a sea-view one. However, Lin Junjie at the front desk was incredibly helpful! He enthusiastically assisted me in upgrading to a junior suite by just paying the price difference. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view. The breakfast selection was also extensive – to use a Northeastern Chinese phrase I've just picked up, it was 'gaga-de' (absolutely superb)! Definitely a top rating!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

HHongxingdaiwoquzhandouFacilities: A bit dated, with small cracks on the cabinet above the mini-fridge and some wall areas, as shown in the last two photos. Overall, it's nothing major and doesn't affect the stay; considering it's a hotel over ten years old, one shouldn't be too demanding. The hotel's facilities are generally complete, with standard luxury hotel amenities. The breakfast is decent; it offers more variety than some Westins but less than some Marriotts. However, the quality is good, especially the desserts which are delicious, and there's a wide selection of juices and milk. Some Marriott hotels even offer a full Cantonese dim sum spread, whereas here there are only a few hot dishes, making the variety seem limited, but the taste is excellent. The potatoes in the pork rib stew are very fragrant, and the boiled shrimp are quite large. All the fruits weren't sweet enough; the fruit quality could be improved. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: A landmark building in Dalian, nestled against the mountain and overlooking the sea – definitely worth a visit. It's even more stunning for photos at night. It's about a 10 to 15-minute walk downhill, and a bit far from the subway station, but it's away from the city's hustle and bustle, and getting a taxi is very convenient. There's a sky garden on the 5th floor, and the lobby is magnificent; any photo taken there looks great. Service: Thoughtful and attentive. Someone helps open car doors and handle luggage upon arrival. There's a dedicated butler service that tries its best to accommodate reasonable guest requests. The mini-bar requires extra payment, but a welcome fruit platter and dessert were provided, along with a large bottle of homemade beer. This hotel's beer isn't available online, but it's genuinely delicious.

MMeiguihuapaochaWent to Dalian with friends and checked out all the five-star hotels there. We finally settled on the Shangri-La and were very satisfied. We had booked two rooms beforehand because we wanted to see them before deciding which one to stay in. Yilia assisted us, explaining the differences between the rooms and showing them to us. We ultimately chose the Deluxe Twin Room, and all our requests were met. The floor was great, and the view was excellent. They even knew it was my birthday and decorated the room for me, sending a cake and red wine. A big thank you to the lovely Yilia! As for the hotel itself, as a well-established five-star hotel, the Shangri-La truly lives up to its reputation in terms of decor, facilities, location, and service – all five-star quality. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Dalian.

GGuest UserStayed here 09 nights in total, after multiple extensions. Room 207. 1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian. 2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening. 3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging. 4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available) 5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well. 6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. A special thanks to reception staff 孙晓辉 for patiently helping out with China-specific app for about 30 mins.

SShigetianzaioHighly recommend Dalian Atour Dongguan Street Store ✨ Not far from the subway, but walking in winter is still far away, and the taxi fare starts. The service is really super intimate! When checking in, the clerk will take the initiative to remind the 8th floor that there is a slight decoration sound during the day. The warm water and spare parts are super timely when leaving the store. It can also extend the accommodation until 2 pm. The luggage storage is formal and assured. The Christmas sticker posted by the room card directly pokes the girl's heart 🎄. The accommodation is spacious, clean and comfortable, separated from wet and dry, the bed is very comfortable, and you can see the Dongguan block above the window. The Dalian travel map next to the elevator on the first floor is very practical. Downstairs is the Dongguan Historical and Cultural District. Now Dongguan Street is a gathering place for young people. It is super convenient to eat and play. A treasure hotel full of Christmas atmosphere, you can really close your eyes when you come to Dalian!
