Guest UserThis hotel boasts a beautiful environment with a charming back garden and lake views. Our stay was fantastic. The front desk staff were very polite and welcoming, and the concierge service was enthusiastic. The hotel's back garden is perfect for a leisurely stroll. There's an amusement park nearby, and the hotel even provides a shuttle service, making transportation very convenient. The breakfast was also very generous. Our room was clean, tidy, and quiet, ideal for resting. The thoughtful service definitely deserves a five-star review! We'll definitely be back to stay here again!!

WOSIKYI was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Originally, I booked it as a transitional stay between 1903 and Aoluguya. But the room gave me the impression that the owner only wants to make money in winter – is this really what you get for 300 RMB? The hardware is top-notch, and the bedding is super comfortable. You can tell there are thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, like the bathtub door that opens and closes to suit different guests, and you can even watch TV while soaking. The small courtyard is also lovely with a little pond, which I imagine would be fun for a dip in the summer. The slippers were comfy too. I actually missed breakfast because the bed was so comfortable I just slept right through it 😂.
There's one minor complaint: the sink faucet doesn't have an aerator, but the bathtub faucet does. It doesn't really affect anything though. The toilet isn't electric, but personally, I'm not bothered by those things, and a non-electric toilet actually fits the hotel's overall style quite well.
Overall, even though it was an upgraded room type, the biggest difference between room types is just the size, but the price difference isn't huge. I'm definitely willing to pay a bit more for a better stay.
Even though it's next to the street, it's very quiet. I'd definitely choose this hotel again in the future; it's genuinely good.

DDD_niniStayed here with a friend. The hotel has a lot of character and the bathtub is spacious – you can really stretch out in it. The breakfast spread is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and the freshly made dumplings and Lanzhou beef noodles were absolutely delicious. The fruit quality was also excellent. The pool water was clean. The only minor downside was that the TV in our room couldn't cast, but it wasn't a big deal. The front desk staff, Luna, was very responsive and provided excellent service. 👍

wyyanyanIt's a shame I couldn't get a corner room during my two-night stay! However, the overall experience was still very good. The hotel's front desk and restaurant are on the 54th floor, and dining by the window was a fantastic experience. All the staff were incredibly friendly and patient.
The breakfast desserts were delicious, and the pastries had an excellent flaky texture. It would be even better if they offered a wider variety, like mousse cakes! The restaurant had a daily special dish. The grilled cold noodles I had on the first day were excellent, and when they offered a different dish the next day, I mentioned I'd love to have the grilled cold noodles again. The chef specially prepared a portion for me – the service was truly exceptional! I forgot to get the name of the female chef.
The pool area was lovely, with two large windows offering great views, so waiting was never boring! The staff there were also very enthusiastic and chatty.
The hotel's location is convenient, close to Sun Island, Siberian Tiger Park, and Central Street. Plus, there are plenty of dining options in the residential area downstairs.

The room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

Guest UserStaying at Qushe B&B in Yabuli for a summer getaway was absolutely delightful! The guesthouse is surrounded by lush greenery, and when you open the window, all you see are mountains and forests. The air is so fresh, it feels like a natural oxygen bar. The room was tastefully decorated, and both the AC and fan worked great. I didn't even need the AC at night; the mountain breeze was wonderfully cool. The owner also recommended some nearby hiking trails, where the streams gurgled along, and the scenery was unbelievably beautiful. Breakfast included freshly picked blueberries and farm-fresh eggs – healthy and delicious. In the evening, I relaxed in the yard, stargazing and listening to the sounds of insects. It was so incredibly peaceful. I'll definitely be back next summer for another vacation. This place is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life!

The hotel lobby has a Russian-style decor, perfect for taking photos. The room was very comfortable with a tasteful design. The front desk staff were warm and provided excellent service. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. It's also very close to the Harbin Ice and Snow World. There's a gym and a heated pool on the third floor. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

Very convenient spot. Spacious room with nice view. Very helpful couple running the business. They have so much knowledge of the area. I ended up asking them to organise all my trips. They always get a good price for me. Really appreciate their help.

Guest UserThe view outside the window is beautiful. The location is a bit out of the way, far from the subway. Although it looks close to the Songhua River, there's no direct access, so getting to the riverside is quite a walk. For meals, you have to go about one or two kilometers to a residential area, which has tons of great restaurants. Taxis are super convenient; they pick you up instantly, and it's usually under ten yuan. The room was clean, but the soundproofing was just okay – I could hear kids jumping around next door and their mom scolding them. Breakfast was average, not much variety. Out of the three 5-star hotels I stayed at in Harbin, the Marriott had the least to offer for breakfast. The doormen and the cleaning staff were excellent. Giving a good review out of habit.

Guest UserI originally decided to switch hotels because I was so incredibly disappointed with my stay at the Harbin Fuli Ritz-Carlton. I never expected to stumble upon such a hidden gem: the Shangri-La Hotel, Harbin Songbei.
Honestly, this stay made me truly understand that a hotel's real value isn't about how luxurious the lobby is, but about the warmth of its service.
At the Harbin Fuli Ritz-Carlton, I experienced a series of issues: my executive lounge access was incorrectly verified, I was publicly told I didn't have executive privileges, some managers were indifferent, the lounge and restaurant service was consistently neglected, and concierges were smoking and playing on their phones, ignoring guests. For an international top-tier luxury hotel, this level of service was truly shocking and completely changed my perception of the Ritz-Carlton brand.
After arriving at the Shangri-La Songbei, it was like stepping into a completely different world.
From the moment I got out of the car, the bellhop proactively helped open the door and handle my luggage. Check-in at the front desk was warm and efficient. Wherever I went, staff would always greet me with a smile.
Most importantly, the staff here made me feel a long-lost sense of respect and genuine sincerity.
Often, guests pay for luxury hotels not to admire grand crystal chandeliers, but to receive a service experience that matches the price.
Unfortunately, the Harbin Fuli Ritz-Carlton failed in this regard, but the Shangri-La Songbei succeeded, and did so exceptionally well.
Although the price is only about one-third of the former, the warmth of the service and attention to detail far exceeded it.
If I ever return to Harbin, I will undoubtedly choose the Shangri-La Songbei again and will not consider the Harbin Fuli Ritz-Carlton.
Thanks to all the hotel staff for making me feel what true five-star service is all about again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!
