The hotel's location is super convenient! Turn right out of the hotel and you're on Central Street. It's a walkable distance to the Flood Control Memorial Tower and Songhua River. Plus, it's right next to Lao Chu Jia, which is always packed with people, and Zhaolin Park is just a left turn away. What I loved most was the strong Russian-style ambiance. The staff were all really enthusiastic and always helped open doors and carry luggage. And the breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious!

The overall service is very good! Whether it is the front desk at check-in, the cleaning staff, the staff in the gym laundry room, or the staff in the restaurant on the third floor, the service attitude makes people feel at home. The location of the hotel is also very good, with everything around it, and it is also close to the station, which can be reached on foot. It's just that the room is very hot, and the air conditioner is very noisy after turning on the air conditioner. I don't know if it's the same in other rooms. A small suggestion: it would be better if the breakfast waiter didn't push the garbage truck back and forth when clearing the table, which really affects the appetite. Everything else is great. Next time I come to Mudanjiang, I will definitely stay in Hawaii again.

Facilities: An older luxury hotel, but generally well-maintained. The bathroom is a bit small and cramped.
Cleanliness: Decent.
Environment: Excellent location right by the Songhua River with expansive views, including the Ice and Snow World. A subway station is a convenient 3-minute walk away.
Service: A bit inconsistent.
(1) While checking in at the lobby, the staff didn't manage the queue well, leading to my check-in being forcibly interrupted and interjected by a stranger.
(2) I checked in around 7 PM that evening, dropped my luggage in the room, and went out for dinner. I returned to the room at 10 PM. Upon entering, I immediately noticed the room was cold, despite the air conditioning being set to the highest temperature (35°C) and maximum fan speed. Hotel maintenance was dispatched. The engineer checked the vent and claimed the temperature was normal, stating the room was cold because a window hadn't been closed tightly (leaving a small gap). I pointed out that in other hotels in Harbin with similar central heating, the rooms remained warm even with an open window, suggesting it wasn't due to a window not being fully closed. The engineer still insisted it was the window and left after locking it. However, the room's heating clearly had an issue, with the indoor temperature only reaching 18-19°C. This resulted in me having to switch rooms close to 11 PM, with all my belongings already unpacked.
(3) Regarding situation (2), the duty manager and staff who assisted with the room change that night were all very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel did not proactively offer any compensation for the trouble caused. Subsequently, upon my request, I was given a cup of coffee. As the party at fault, the hotel's response to the inconvenience and trouble caused to the customer seemed to lack sincerity.

This hotel is phenomenal! We had two rooms & our big party just loved every bit of our stay. From the absolutely amazing spa & hot springs to the restaurants & the convenient main entrance parking as well as the great location, everything was to our liking. We particularly enjoyed the rooms with the bathtubs (which is recommended as a private spa with your family & kids). IMO, the amazing spa & hot springs here are the best in Harbin & the hotel is also located right next to an outlet mall with lots of shopping & eats. It's especially great for people who drive because it's easy to get to all the major attractions from here via car. We loved this hotel & we will stay again next time we visit Harbin.

I chose the Wanda Realm Qiqihar, expecting a five-star experience. My reasons for picking a 5-star hotel are usually for a rich breakfast, excellent service, and complete facilities. However, this stay left me very disappointed.
First, there was no space in the hotel's ground parking lot. A staff member directed me to the underground parking, explaining that hotel guests could get free parking if the front desk handled it. When I checked in, I mentioned I'd parked underground and asked them to sort it out. The two girls at the front desk said the underground parking was paid. I explained that there was no space above ground and the security guard told me to park in underground section M, assuring me that hotel guests could park for free. They exchanged glances and then said they would 'apply' for free parking for me. This already put me off – if I hadn't pressed the issue, would I have been tricked into paying for parking?
After checking in, I went to my room. I had booked a family room, but when I entered, I only saw one large bed. I had to go back downstairs to the front desk. They explained that they didn't know how old my children were, so they hadn't made up the extra bed, and then sent someone to do it.
The next day at breakfast, the whole rhythm of the restaurant's service felt off. Many serving dishes were empty, but it took a long time for food to be refilled. The watermelon platter was almost empty when I arrived, and they only brought out a fresh plate when I was nearly finished eating. All in all, it was a very disappointing stay. I won't be choosing Wanda Hotels again in the future.

This is a very new, modern-style hotel. Some rooms are decorated in a Japanese style. The bathrooms are large and clean, with views of either the mountains or the street. The hotel is located in the center of the village, and you can walk to the activity area. If you're hungry, you can order food from the kitchen area. Most importantly, the host is incredibly kind and also seems quite young. They contacted us before our trip to check in and took us to the ski resort in the village because we woke up late, so we didn't have to book other activity areas. They even joined us for activities, took photos and videos, took us sledding, and drove snowmobiles. In the evening, when we didn't go out into the village, they messaged to check on us out of concern. We felt that the host took great care of us without making us feel uncomfortable or intrusive. We were very impressed! Also, the app mentioned a deposit, but it seems the host didn't collect it.
P.S. If you haven't chosen an activity area beforehand, the host will likely take you to Xie Yue Lai (Xin Yue Lai). This place is great for sledding, skiing, and snowmobiling, with a high-angle view of the village. If you want beautiful tree views, you'll need to trek through. If you don't enjoy these activities, there might not be much to do, so I recommend finding another activity area as well.

Executive Lounge benefits: Five meals a day, the food was decent, quite varied and plentiful. The staff were very welcoming, and the person who refilled my water left a lasting impression. My trip was too short to experience some of the services.
Facilities: All the facilities were available, and the decor was quite nice. The bathroom fixtures were Kohler, and the elevators were Otis.
Hygiene: There were sugar grains and stains on the sofa, and the minibar was moldy. There was no trash can in the bedroom, only a paper wastebasket, which isn't suitable for liquids. However, there was a trash can in the bathroom.
Environment: Acceptable.
Service: The staff were friendly and polite. There was a discrepancy in the app's room description between 'alcoholic beverages' and 'minibar'. Only the minibar had a charge notice, while 'alcoholic beverages' was ambiguous, even though the alcoholic drinks were in the fridge.
The hotel's front desk service is professional, the hotel's facilities are very complete and advanced, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable and soft, allowing people to relax quickly. In addition, the hotel also provides high-speed wireless Internet, gym, swimming pool and other facilities to meet the needs of different guests.
Knowing the Shuishi Hot Spring through the network and understanding it, he is a tourist attraction of the integration of the hot spring hotel. Take the elders out to relax, the facilities and equipment are quite satisfactory, clean and very clean, the service is particularly thoughtful and has a feeling of being at home, it is recommended to come and experience it will not disappoint you.

SSH.JINOur stay at the AOLUGUYA Hotel was truly fantastic. Every aspect of the hotel was designed with guests in mind and maintained to an exceptional standard. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and they handled communication in English with ease, answering questions clearly and confidently. The view from around the 40th floor was very satisfying, and the bathtub was more than adequate for enjoying a private, relaxing soak. Due to our travel schedule, we did not have the chance to use additional facilities such as the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet stood out for its high quality and wide variety of options. The staff were exceptionally attentive—almost to the point of going out of their way to bring us items we were looking for. The long breakfast service hours also added to the overall comfort of the stay.
At this price point, the hotel offers a truly top-tier, high-end experience. If I visit Harbin again, there would be no reason not to choose this hotel.

GGuest UserStaying at Qushe B&B in Yabuli for a summer getaway was absolutely delightful! The guesthouse is surrounded by lush greenery, and when you open the window, all you see are mountains and forests. The air is so fresh, it feels like a natural oxygen bar. The room was tastefully decorated, and both the AC and fan worked great. I didn't even need the AC at night; the mountain breeze was wonderfully cool. The owner also recommended some nearby hiking trails, where the streams gurgled along, and the scenery was unbelievably beautiful. Breakfast included freshly picked blueberries and farm-fresh eggs – healthy and delicious. In the evening, I relaxed in the yard, stargazing and listening to the sounds of insects. It was so incredibly peaceful. I'll definitely be back next summer for another vacation. This place is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life!
XXiangrixiaokuikuilaExtremely satisfied with my stay. The location is great, about a 30-minute drive from both the high-speed train station and the airport.
**Ambiance:** The lobby, like other Mandarin Oriental hotels, is very grand and impressive.
**Facilities:** The facilities are well-maintained, but it doesn't have smart home features throughout the room.
**Cleanliness:** Overall, it was clean and tidy.
**Service:** The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. Today was 'Lidong' (Beginning of Winter), and they even specially served dumplings for breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch.

GGuest UserWe recently stayed in Yabuli and cannot speak highly enough of our host, 董姐. Her kindness and dedication truly transformed our ski vacation from a simple trip into a wonderful, stress-free experience.
From the moment we arrived, she went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. She didn't just help us rent ski equipment; she ensured we got well-fitted gear, saving us time and hassle. Her help went far beyond the expected when she even assisted us in buying breakfast, offering great local suggestions.
The highlight was her personal touch in arranging for us to experience authentic local cuisine. She didn't just give us a name; she made arrangements and helped us get to a fantastic local restaurant we would never have found on our own. It was the best meal of our trip!
What sets 董姐apart is her genuine care. She wasn't just providing a service; she felt like a friendly local guide, ensuring our comfort and enjoyment at every step. Her hospitality made us feel welcome and well-looked after.
If you are planning a trip to Yabuli, we highly recommend staying with her. Her exceptional service and warm heart are exactly what you need to enjoy this beautiful region to the fullest. Thank you for everything!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were all incredibly polite; everyone I encountered, from the concierge at the lobby entrance to the housekeeping staff, proactively greeted me. Yilia, in particular, provided service that truly felt five-star professional, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. A huge thumbs-up to her! Harbin's ice and snow are definitely worth seeing – it's stunningly beautiful but also incredibly cold. I visited Central Street, tried Guo Bao Rou, and will be heading to the Ice and Snow World tonight. Then, this 'little potato' (a common affectionate nickname for tourists from southern China) will be heading home. I look forward to seeing Harbin again next year!

BBaronSunThis is my second time in Harbin, and I still chose to stay at Shangri-La Songbei. The hotel is relatively new, and the decor is luxurious, consistent with Shangri-La's usual style, which makes for a very comfortable stay. Manager Ouyang at the front desk helped us upgrade to a higher floor. Vivi Zhang, seeing that I was traveling alone with a child, kindly extended our check-out time. The bellhop proactively helped us with our luggage, and the parking attendant was also very helpful. The underground parking garage is quite warm, so the windshield wiper fluid won't freeze, which is great for vehicles. The 'Little Chicken Stewed with Mushrooms' at Shang Kitchen is absolutely divine! It's the best I've ever tasted. I hope Shangri-La Songbei continues to thrive, and I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Harbin.

AAihaiyichangOn a mural in the Heilongjiang Provincial Museum, there's a poem about Harbin by the Russian-émigré poet Yelena Nedeliskaia:
”Merciless years quietly slip away,
Foreign sunsets redden the distant sky.
I've visited many a beautiful city,
But none can rival your dusty grace.”
This poem perfectly captures the poet's unique affection for Harbin. It's precisely this special sentiment for Harbin that has drawn us back to the city multiple times.
This time, when we visited Harbin, we stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli. We had a lot of luggage and were quite concerned about the room size. Coincidentally, the front desk attendant who checked us in was a lovely young lady whose WeChat name is 'Xiao Feng Bu Chou' (literally 'Little Feng No Worries'). She showed us several rooms and, considering our age and the significant amount of luggage we had, she kindly upgraded our room type. This perfectly solved our problem, and it truly felt like 'with Xiao Feng, there were no worries!' We ended up staying eight consecutive nights at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli, and our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable, all thanks to encountering Xiao Feng Bu Chou. It's fair to say that Xiao Feng Bu Chou's kindness, patience, and thoughtfulness played a crucial role in making our Harbin trip so happy and pleasant. Thank you, beautiful Xiao Feng Bu Chou, for adding another wonderful layer to our impression of Harbin.
I'd also like to extend my gratitude to the kitchen staff and Manager He Ying at Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli. One day during our stay in Harbin, we unfortunately got an upset stomach from eating out. The next day, the doctor advised us to only eat congee (rice porridge). Coincidentally, Manager He Ying was on duty that day. After I explained our situation to her, I had a bowl of congee in the restaurant. Since I couldn't eat much at once, she arranged for me to take another bowl back to our room to eat later. Her thoughtful inquiries about our well-being and whether we'd seen a doctor or taken medicine deeply moved us. Thank you, He Ying, and thank you to the kitchen staff at Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli.
The wonderful young lady Xiao Feng Bu Chou and Manager He Ying are exemplary representatives of Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli. Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli perfectly embodies Hilton's 'home away from home' philosophy and truly lives up to its spirit.
