This hotel boasts a beautiful, classic European style and magnificent architecture, all thoughtfully designed by the owner. It truly embodies grandeur and luxury. Many of the architectural details and antique pieces are imported from France, offering high artistic beauty and collection value. The overall service was exceptional, with parking available and a doorman to greet you. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. Around midnight, the WiFi seemed to cut out, but the room's soundproofing was excellent. The price was reasonable and offered great value for money – a wonderful experience. The shower area was fully automated, which the kids found fascinating. There were welcome fruits and afternoon tea, making us feel right at home. You can even order takeout, and a delivery robot brings it directly to your room. It's conveniently located just around the corner from Central Street's Qingzhi Hand Cream shop, which was very handy. When guests leave, there are taxis lined up, so there's no delay in travel time. Getting to the train station and home was easy. It only takes an hour to get to Harbin from our home, so it felt like staying right near our own doorstep. My little one loved the candies and chocolates from Central Street. The hotel front desk even gave my child some Russian candies when we left. In the evening, a staff member offered a special explanation of the antique architecture and art. It's truly a wonderful little escape from busy life, where you can temporarily forget your worries and even enjoy a deep sleep amidst a hectic schedule. I loved the welcome fruits, coffee, and complimentary drinks in the room. My child called it a 'fully automated high-end hotel' and absolutely loved it. The value for money is quite high; I highly recommend staying here.

Traveling with my whole family, including seniors and children, choosing The Ritz-Carlton Harbin Fuli was absolutely the right decision! Our two-night stay was comfortable and worry-free from start to finish. The high-rise lobby is grand and welcoming, and our room was spacious, bright, with an amazing view. The indoor temperature was perfect, so we didn't have to worry about the cold Northeast weather at all. The service was thoughtful and impeccable; staff members proactively helped with luggage and took care of the elderly and children. Their responses were prompt, making us feel respected and valued. The facilities were clean and high-end; the bathroom and bedding were of excellent quality. The seniors felt secure, and the children loved it too. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the surrounding area was convenient for getting around. Overall, it was quiet and stylish. It's truly ideal for a family stay; the seniors were comfortable, and the children were happy. Our entire family was very satisfied, making it our top choice for accommodation in Harbin!

The overall service is very good! Whether it is the front desk at check-in, the cleaning staff, the staff in the gym laundry room, or the staff in the restaurant on the third floor, the service attitude makes people feel at home. The location of the hotel is also very good, with everything around it, and it is also close to the station, which can be reached on foot. It's just that the room is very hot, and the air conditioner is very noisy after turning on the air conditioner. I don't know if it's the same in other rooms. A small suggestion: it would be better if the breakfast waiter didn't push the garbage truck back and forth when clearing the table, which really affects the appetite. Everything else is great. Next time I come to Mudanjiang, I will definitely stay in Hawaii again.

We stayed from Feb 15–19, 2026 in the Executive Suite River View King (room 2116) with breakfast and lounge access. The hotel truly lives up to its comfort. The suite was spacious and offered stunning river views that made mornings feel serene. The location was excellent, close to the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival. The check-in receptionist was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the welcome fruits and almonds arranged on the first day. Housekeeping, however was disappointing. Daily cleaning felt incomplete, with tea bags, sugar, cups, and glasses not replenished. The welcome fruits were left to spoil and were never replaced. Overall room cleanliness was only 3/5, which felt below expectations for a suite at this price point. The breakfast buffet provided both local and international options but the dishes were average and repetitive. We saw the same items every day, which quickly became boring. Overall, the suite and location were enjoyable but housekeeping and breakfast variety need improvement. A convenient choice for exploring Harbin while still feeling like a peaceful escape from the bustle of the city.

The hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

When traveling, where you stay is incredibly important. This includes excellent hygiene, quiet rooms, warm service, convenient transportation, a great surrounding environment, and good security. The Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel met all these requirements. The hotel is right next to Harbin's Flood Control Memorial Tower, with police officers on duty 24 hours a day, so safety is absolutely assured. It's located at the end of Central Street, next to Impression City and Parkson, making shopping and dining very convenient. You can walk downstairs straight to the Songhua River, and Stalin Park is right by the river. It's a ten-minute walk to the Iron Chain Bridge. Due to its prominent location, there are many subways and buses nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. The front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were all very friendly. Besides water, they also provided two free drinks daily. They even extended my check-out time by two hours for free due to my flight schedule, which I really appreciated. If I come to Harbin again, I'll definitely stay here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Stay! We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location couldn’t be better—perfect for exploring the city. The hotel itself has a bit of old-school charm, but everything is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and personal, always making sure you feel welcome. A huge highlight for us was the playroom for children. It’s not just a room—there’s actual staff looking after the kids, which gave us some rare relaxation time. Huge thumbs up! Breakfast is a massive buffet with plenty of choice. And if you book the Horizon Club, you get free drinks and food all day long. Absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

Staying at Qian Tong Hotel was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel's design is exceptional, with vintage red brick walls and exquisite interior decor that imbues every corner with an artistic flair. The attention to detail in the rooms is evident everywhere, making the stay both comfortable and stylish. The service was also impeccable; from check-in to check-out, the staff were warm and professional, and any request was promptly addressed, which was incredibly reassuring. The breakfast offered a wide and delicious selection, starting the day off right. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. This trip was made even more perfect by Qian Tong Hotel. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Wanted to give my thanks to Joe for picking us up in the airport and helping us all around. He is naturally helpful and kind. Well the hotel is grand. It is old but they maintain it. We booked suite room and it is very spacious and comfortable. Bed is just fine and huge bathroom. They make sure to clean our room every day. Location wise is excellent . Close to many malls, travel time to sofia church and some other famous attractions is about 25mins. Just the food selection in this hotel is limited. The chinese restaurant seems close or fully booked all the time and the japanese restaurant is close the whole duration of our week. Hotel says because its off season. I didn't take pictures to share but We definitely gonna book this hotel when we come back to harbin.

這個酒店是我通過這個app預訂以來第2次預訂酒店，但是非常非常的滿意！！ 設施：房間裏有水壺（很乾凈）、冰箱（內外都很乾凈）、洗碗池（也很乾凈，完全沒有水漬）、吹風機（不是老舊型號的那種） 衞生：地板很乾凈、浴巾不是那種扎手的用了很多年的，很鬆軟。比上海浦東機場附近的同價位酒店浴巾還要新很多。牙刷、牙膏、洗髮水沐浴露這種都有。 走廊的地毯也不臟。 浴室和洗手間的地面也是很乾凈。贊。 清潔阿姨人隨和親切。 辦理入住前提3小姐姐話不多，但是人很好。👍 一樓前台附近有洗衣房，可以洗烘衣服。 公寓左右都有24小時便利店，價格合理。 萬達廣場就在出公寓走路三分鐘的距離，很近。並且晚上還有步行街夜市。作為一個老東北人， 給佳木斯這個公寓酒店點贊。有機會還會再入住。 真的值得推薦。
