當時選清風小築，是因為想去汕頭小公園看看去，在街上轉了好久，實在聽不了車，路邊停車位慢慢的，所以選了家離汕頭小公園比較近點的民宿，主要考慮能停車

房間乾淨整潔，老闆挺熱情好客，周邊景點拍照很出片，龍眼南路吃喝玩樂一條街，有免費停車位，錯開國慶小長假出來玩沒那麼擁擠，性價比不錯，價格適中，房內設施齊全，來汕頭必須得奔着美食來的，牛肉首選杏花家，雖然要排隊，但是值，離景點還算近，坐1塊錢的來迴游輪，可惜沒拍到落日有點小遺憾，下次有機會還選擇你家，嘻嘻。

優點：是一棟馬路邊的房子二樓住房改成的民宿，房間乾淨整潔，每天每人配的牙膏牙刷套裝有兩套，這點很喜歡，不象大部分酒店民宿都是一套，那點牙膏刷兩次真的不夠用，房間雖然窗户很小，但是不靠馬路，安靜好睡，位置離周邊景點中山公園最近，其它稍遠一點，可能有一、兩公里的樣子，但是樓下就有公交站，付款寶領個公交卡乘車挺方便，打車直接導店名都能到
缺點：感覺特別缺掛洗後濕衣服的鈎桿，現在天氣還炎熱，當天的衣服不洗不行，可以在廁所牆上多搞兩個那種伸縮掛鈎，雖然民宿價格不貴，但是有時候多搞一點設施，住着會方便很多
其它挺好，老闆兩口子人都和善

酒店位置不錯，中山路上，附近有個共和市場，吃的都很方便，房間裏還配了按摩床和按摩儀，還有投影，還是不錯的，還有個共享洗衣機，挺方便。

雖然是特惠房，但是這個環境確實有點離譜，房間在拐角的消防通道旁邊，應該是間隔出來的板房，隔音效果不好，房間的被套也有隱隱約約一塊一塊的黃污漬。
衞生間的下水道有堵塞的問題，洗澡的時候水都下不去，洗到一半發現水已經漫到房間了，聯繫了前台過了一會兒才有人來處理，詢問在上一個客户退房搞衞生的時候沒有留意到問題嗎，店主説搞衞生用不到那麼多水，説不可能面面俱到，要理解一下，我説有什麼補償措施嗎，得到的回覆就是推辭，要理解他們，消費了應該得到的服務，為什麼要消費者理解？
前台態度很熱情，也有停車位，就是整體的環境確實一般了，性價比不高，離小公園也不算是特別近，電動車可能還要個五六分鐘
