這家民宿上個月才開業，房間裏卻沒有一絲新裝修的異味。空間很寬敞，在卧室和客廳拉開窗簾便觀賞到大廳的花園連廊，曲徑通幽處，全是設計師的巧**思。酒店旁邊100米就是題扇橋、蔡元培故居等多處景點，白天在題扇橋下即可搭乘烏篷船。酒店所處的蕺山街沒有被過度商業化，晚上民宅的門户緊閉，靜謐冷清，大家在夜遊時可注意安全結伴而行，但也別喧嘩打擾了那裡的居民。

客觀評價一下，酒店位置滿分，書聖故里旁邊，走路騎車去周邊都很方便。旁邊的美食也比較豐富，走路一公里之內，基本美食覆蓋。
房間乾淨，店家熱情，停車略遠，不過過了橋旁邊是有車位的，不知道是不是收費高一些？

🚗 交通：交通非常便利，距離魯迅故里，王曦之故里，蔡元培故居，還有商場都非常的近，步行過去也就需要十幾分鍾
🧹衞生：房間非常的乾淨整潔
🍃環境：酒店所在的位置應該算是景區，周邊的街道房子都是比較老舊的，入住前還擔心居住環境不好，進了大門以後感覺很舒服，小院的裝修很有江南風格，給人清新舒適的感覺
🔔服務：工作人員也很熱情，服務也非常的好，酒店的性價比非常高值得推薦

説走就走的旅行，一眼看中的酒店~
和圖片裏一樣，套間的小客廳很愜意，窗外有青瓦藍天，房裡整潔舒適。公共區域的大堂、小院也雅緻又可愛。
位置在書聖故里，很好找，很方便，周邊走走逛逛就是有歷史感又有煙火氣的街巷，到各個景點都快。
服務也很熱情周到，要是假期夠，想多住幾天呢哈哈哈~ 會推薦給朋友的！

看評價不錯，20年10月新裝修的，看圖片是我喜歡的風格， 入住後果然歡喜，房間乾淨整潔，前台美女看我拿的行李多，好熱情的幫我拿到了房間，態度非常親切，有種賓至如歸的感覺。停車時沒有停到他們指定的區域，也完美的解決啦。平民的價格，享受VIP的服務，以後有機會還會選擇她家，也會推薦給朋友。

酒店地理位置很優越，到書聖故里、周圍的故居就走幾分鐘，到倉橋直街也十幾分鍾就到了！
房間空間佈局比較緊湊，我這間洗漱空間比較寬敞。
服務都很好！在入住前會確認需要車位與否，同時也可以詢問是不是可以提前入住。感受很細緻温馨。
酒店在居民區內，周圍是老街區，晚上很安靜。沒多遠就是大悦城等商業，吃飯外賣都很方便。
最後體驗了這邊的早餐，每人一份當地特色，種類豐富，清淡爽口！一份管飽哈哈

連住兩天，民宿鬧中取靜，衞生清潔到位，早餐搭配合適。位置也很好，就在書聖故里中，蔡元培故居、王羲之陳列館步行3分鐘，附近網紅拍照打卡點很多，到魯迅故里、府山公園（飛翼樓、越王台、紹興博物館）、八字橋、倉橋直街、均可步行，打車都不到10元，推薦入住。

總體來説還是不錯的，服務，設施，都不錯歐，如果説民宿方面的話，這裏就行了，吃飯不是太方便，但你也就吃頓早餐的事，店裡有免費早餐。旁邊的書聖故里風光，我感覺是紹興城裡最好的。
提一點小意見，洗澡的地方沒有防滑墊，是不應該啊？
