外地出行過來的一定要避坑！！！酒店不是開元旗下的而是加盟的。本來想從去哪兒訂結果打了電話説直接可以到店來訂，更加便宜，全是套路。停車不方便，進去樓道里就一股味道，房間設施很一般，關鍵最差勁的是隔音很差。房間很小，和之前住的開元名都，開元曼居真的天壤之別。早餐在負一樓，一股黴味，衞生條件很差，吃的東西也很少。服務員水平很一般，停車啥的溝通了很久。強烈建議外地來玩的朋友千萬別訂這裏，唯一好的是地理位置，離景點都很近。但是500-600住這地方真的性價比太低了！寧肯多花點錢住更好的酒店或者住的遠一點。

酒店位置很好，前台小姐姐服務熱情，酒店設有免費停車場1，門前就是地鐵口，附近遊玩也很方便，魯迅故里、沈園、倉橋直街、周恩來祖居，走走散散步就都能到達，酒店的衞生乾淨整潔，房間設施齊全都很新，有早餐現煮的麪條餛飩味道都很不錯！

下樓不到100步 到地鐵站
過馬路就是魯迅故里步行街
離倉橋直街也非常近 可以步行到達

很周到 前台小姑娘都很熱情
衞生:
每天回去屋裡都收拾的乾乾淨淨 孩子扔的亂八糟衣服 都回給額呵整齊 放好
環境：
住的房間能看到塔山公園

前台8服務很好呦，有耐心很周到，免費給申請了延時退房。房間住的很舒服衞生乾淨整潔設施優良智能音箱好用。酒店位置很好出行很方便，去魯迅故里和倉橋直街都可步行前往。早餐品種多。入住當天還贈送了水果和小零食，房間裏還有一本《彷徨》，非常驚喜。下次來紹興還住這裏。

酒店周邊有點吵了。
地段好一些離景點地鐵站近，出行比較方便。
服務一般，訂好的房間後來又説沒有房了，換成了別的房間。

差評！堅決差評！住過最差的酒店。洗澡沒有熱水！沒有熱水。大冬天洗澡沒熱水！旁邊菜市場，非常非常吵。房間與房間很近，根本不隔音。

訂好房間放下行李就出去吃飯，晚上回來從房間床上發現好幾根長頭髮，480元的家庭房就是這樣的標準。。。太差了

看中酒店的地理位置在魯迅故居附近才定的。但我真的很不理解，這樣的房間怎麼可以拿來做酒店？！更不理解這麼多好評是怎麼出來的！我住的房間樓下就是農貿市場，每天早上5點不到就開始轟隆隆的車來車往，反覆叫“倒車請注意”“車輛轉彎請注意”…還有司機按喇叭，吵得根本無法入睡，説是噪音超標擾民也不為過吧！
如果房間本身就是這樣的環境，店家應該做好提醒和説明。我到前台反饋這個問題的時候，他們居然衹能説抱歉。
