This hotel was of my most bizarre hotel experience. I booked accommodation there because I wanted to travel to the Shennongjia National Park, the flagship attraction of the region. When I arrived there, I went to the hotel staff to inquire about how to get to scenic area (this is how they refer to such places in China) the next day. The answer was blank looks and total confusion. They had no idea. I started to feel, that I am probably at the wrong place, as I had never experienced such unpreparedness before. All I could get out from them after half an hour painful conversation was that I need to book a taxi the next morning. Or I have to come back next morning to the reception desk to ask again (...implicitly saying because there will be smarter people there, I assume)

酒店位置在木魚鎮劇院的旁邊，可以俯瞰木魚鎮，酒店很新很乾凈，酒店服務有待提升。有自己的停車場，停車安全，酒店有普通客房和公寓房，公寓房可出售，含早但比較簡單能吃飽而已，我們的房間正對着山，正好是中秋看到月亮從山頭升起

我們兩夫妻每年都來神農架木魚鎮避暑度假，住過這不少酒店，就是對這個四星級木魚大酒店最滿意。新酒店，新設施，房間大非常舒適。被單毛巾雪白乾凈，工作人員每天按時清潔房間衞生，服務態度很好。早餐豐富可口，特別是酒店韓經理每天到酒店各個部門檢查督導工作，始終使酒店保持一流服務。明年還住這個酒店。非常滿意，絕對好評！

酒店規模較大，有14層，大廳漂亮。房間很大很乾凈，被褥都是新的，還有油煙機、洗菜槽、料理台。可以做飯。早餐比較好，與房價相配。經過商議，退房可以延遲到13點。以上都是優點。就是離店前有點不愉快，我們12點多一點出去收晾曬的衣服，回來房卡就開不了門了。這時，車在酒店門口等我們，正好服務員在我們住的樓層打掃衞生，喊她開門，她拿個鑰匙好像有很大的權力一樣（真不知道她為何有這樣的感覺），磨磨蹭蹭不過來。我們説車在等人，馬上退房，她就站在門口催促快走，還伸頭到衞生間（我朋友正在解手）。太沒有禮貌了。即使有另外的客人等着住進來，也不可以這麼對待尚未退房的客人。最終，我們來到大堂交房卡時，大堂裏一個客人都沒有。説什麼客人等着進房間，全是假話。明擺着欺負我們兩個七十多歲的老太太。這個酒店硬件不錯，員工還需要培訓。

酒店裡麪設施設備很齊全，客房服務員到房間處理問題都十分及時，衞生做的也很乾凈，酒店環境挺不錯的，洗漱用品齊全，毛巾被子也都很乾凈，住着很舒服，視野開闊，神農架風景優美，值得推薦的酒店，服務非常周到！有問題會及時解決。早餐也很豐盛種類很多～離官門山、天生橋等景點也很近，地理位置也好，下次還會選擇！

第一次來神農架抱着試試看的樣子定了這個酒店，感覺挺好的，吃飯、逛街都很方便，房間也很乾凈，設施好且齊全！來的時候下雨，山景很漂亮，酒店前台的小姐姐態度非常好，熱情好客，諮詢旅遊景點的線路問題都很耐心細心的幫我們介紹了 ，點贊👍👍

房間很乾凈，裝修也看上去很舒服！客房服務人和善，設施設備齊全，基本是有求必應。酒店距離劇院很近，步行兩分鐘就到了，白天去景區，晚上看個劇，回去洗個熱水澡舒舒服服睡一覺，是一趟不錯的旅行
