經常住這裏，服務很好，房間很乾凈，被子也都很新。我遺漏了充電器，由於回家沒用這個充電器，五天後才發現，時間這麼久，以為會找不到了，結果找店家問了一下，幫我找到了，真的非常感謝。

先不説房間大小 和照片看起來不一樣
房間很冷 開空調還嗡嗡響根本開不了 電視用不了
最讓人無語的是 開了四五天的家庭套房
因為帶了一衹五斤的小泰迪 知道帶狗狗可能有地方會介意
但是我們自己非常清楚 狗狗一點都不掉毛 五斤的狗狗也不會有體味 很乾凈 對酒店沒有任何影響
結果退房的時候 給我們發了幾張照片 説不退按金了
一張不知道在哪弄的牙筒碎了的照片説是我們弄碎的
一張從垃圾筒裏抓起來的灰塵圖片
請問店家是缺錢缺瘋了嗎？
正常人都能看出來怎麼回事不就是故意想坑錢嗎
找這些理由污衊人？
就你們這種商家這輩子都發不了財

設施什麼的我覺得都挺好 唯一不好的就是有蟑螂😭！特別小的那種蟑螂 看到了兩衹…建議再好好搞一搞衞生吧 真的很嚇人
