Booked this place for a business trip with colleagues. The only downside was that the kitchen lacked utensils, so we ended up buying a bunch ourselves. Otherwise, the hotel environment is quite good, and it's conveniently located.

I specifically chose this hotel apartment to see Zhou Shen's concert, and it completely exceeded my expectations after checking in – I have to give it a huge commendation! From booking to check-out, the entire experience was incredibly smooth. Customer service was prompt and patient, informing us of the check-in process beforehand and even thoughtfully providing tips for local attractions, which made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. The apartment's location is truly fantastic, right next to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk away. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall, making it super convenient whether you're heading to tourist spots or business districts. There are also supermarkets and everything else you could need nearby, so you don't have to worry about daily essentials. The room was even more spacious and bright than it appeared in the pictures. The decor was simple yet stylish, and it came fully equipped with furniture and appliances. The air conditioning cooled effectively, and the internet speed was fast. Many 'Shen Shen' (Zhou Shen's fans) were staying here, and the staff kindly upgraded us to a projected king-size bed and arranged rooms on the same floor, which was very thoughtful. The projector had a built-in membership with a wide variety of movies and shows, making it feel just as comfortable and relaxing as being at home. What truly impressed us was the cleanliness. The room was spotless, the bedding was white and soft with no strange odors, and the bathroom was clean and tidy with good quality toiletries provided. The apartment's security measures were also excellent, with strict access control, making us feel very safe. On check-out day, the process was simple and quick, and the front desk staff kindly allowed us a one-hour late check-out. Overall, this was a perfect stay with incredible value for money. It's ideal for couples, family trips, or business travel. I've already recommended it to my friends, and the next time I visit this city, I'll definitely choose this hotel apartment again!

The hotel was incredibly convenient for the fan meeting event downstairs. There are two large shopping malls right below, making dining and shopping very easy. It's also super close to the subway station. The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. My room had a sea view from the window, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were new. The room was clean and tidy. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it! I've even attached some real photos. Definitely recommended!

Great environment, surrounded by high-end residences. The location is very central, and there are plenty of dining options in the mall downstairs, which is very convenient. Next time I come to Shenzhen, I'll definitely choose to stay in Futian again.

The scenery is great; from upstairs, you can see the view below. I took a video, so I didn't post it. The service attitude is also good, and the room is clean and beautiful. It's much less crowded than a regular hotel and easy to find. I'll definitely stay there again next time, hehe! 😁

Right next to Xiasha Subway Station, with two large shopping malls, Zhongzhou Bay and KK ONE, just downstairs from the apartment building. Dining, entertainment, and shopping are all super convenient. The sea view from the window is very soothing to look at.~~~Facilities: The decor is simple yet elegant, and the giant projector screen is fantastic for watching movies. Hygiene: White bedding, and the overall cleanliness is neat and refreshing. Service: The front desk butler service is warm and attentive, making you feel at ease. Our room was comfortable, equipped with a balcony and a washing machine. There's also 24/7 hot water and natural gas for cooking. A great bonus is that food deliveries can be brought directly to the room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable – I slept soundly until morning! The overall environment was quiet and not noisy at all. We enjoyed lovely city views from the balcony. Water pressure, drainage, and the toilet flush were all satisfactory, with no blockages whatsoever. However, the only significant issue was the cleanliness. The fridge had a lot of trash inside, and the entire room felt a bit sticky. The range hood was also quite greasy. Fortunately, we reported these issues to the front desk on check-in day, and they were addressed immediately. The front desk staff truly deserve high praise for their polite and responsive service; they handled our queries promptly via WeChat. We are very grateful for their hospitality. I hope these cleanliness concerns will be improved for our next visit. Ultimately, comfort and pristine cleanliness are the most important aspects of any accommodation.

The room was very clean and well-equipped with a washing machine and a balcony for drying clothes. Both the front desk staff and the housekeepers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the metro station isn't too far. It's also very convenient for trips to Hong Kong, as Futian Station (for the high-speed train) is only about a 10-minute ride away. I forgot to take photos of the room, but it looked exactly like the ones on their listing.
