No air conditioning and very smoky smell in the room, the door lock system is very complicated, totally no service at all

We live on the 20th floor, the corridor and room can smell a smell of smoke 😫 This hotel can smoke in the room, if restricted to a certain space smoking that for us non-smoking smoke is good 😃 If the hotel is a non-smoking space That is 100 points in all aspects because there is a refrigerator and washing machine in the room, it is very convenient in an apartment hotel 💯😉 There is a medium-sized shopping mall KK one downstairs from the hotel, which seems to have 5 floors, and there are more restaurants on the ground floor. The hotel is in a great location, right next to Xiasha Station. There are large shopping malls such as KKone and Zhongzhou Bay nearby, as well as a large number of small food and drink shops, which is very convenient. 警世！！慎選！！ 酒店的位置其實不錯，旁邊有大型商場有食肆，酒店樓層也算高，景觀ok。但是！酒店雖然說是最近新開的，但是裏面的設施絕對已經上了年紀…有很多發霉的污跡，廁所的門也是合不上的，而且廁所板的形狀也是奇奇怪怪的，坐上去感覺很污糟，非常不推薦，同一棟大廈裏面也有很多其他的公寓，可以仔細看看才選擇

下沙站B出口行8至10分鐘左右便到，上到房間一打開門 成陣異味，好難聞，要打開門和窗對流先得，趕走異味！層數4 2樓有景觀！地點方便！唯獨房有異味，就敗畢！酒店要改善這問題！

總體還將就吧，位置還是不錯，就是衞生做得不是很乾凈，特別是地上和床沿上的灰塵，不過晚上睡個覺，床還是很舒服的，去紅樹林和福田口岸都很近，還有就是我這個房間的衞生間排水應該有堵塞

樓下大堂的出入體驗感差，需要跟保安申請一下二維碼，然後還要在電梯昏暗中掃碼才能上去，房間裏面沒有了紙巾，熱水器要到外面打開才能用，這些都沒有提前告訴客人。
