Very satisfied. There's also a bookstore where you can sit even if you're not buying anything; the atmosphere is great, and the service is good too.

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. The front desk staff, especially Nicole, was incredibly enthusiastic. She communicated with me many times both before and after check-in, for which I'm very grateful! She's beautiful and kind, haha. Before my arrival, I specifically contacted her to discuss my work needs. She was so helpful with issuing invoices, bringing water, and changing facilities – her service felt truly thoughtful and efficient. It was a great experience with a fantastic view. Cotton Tree Hotel Houhai is my top choice for travel. Its location is excellent, very close to Shenzhen Bay Port, just a ten-minute taxi ride away, making travel incredibly convenient. The hotel's overall theme is vintage, with unique and well-designed decor that creates a fantastic ambiance. The lobby features an immersive library space where you can relax and browse books in your free time, soothing your mind and relieving stress. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, offering an excellent sense of space. The interior design is exquisite and stylish, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The overall check-in experience was incredibly relaxing.

This was a one-night business trip stay. Although there was a small hiccup, the staff efficiently and satisfactorily resolved it. In the service industry, various issues are bound to arise, but being able to think and act from the guest's perspective always makes me want to choose this place again.

Xiao Ying provided excellent service! I accidentally left a gift for a friend at the hotel, and she was so kind and helpful in finding it and arranging for it to be mailed. This is my second stay at the Kapok Hotel in Shenzhen Houhai, after my last visit to the Kapok in Chengdu, and I really love it here.

The hotel's ground-floor lobby features a unique book bar. The room was quite spacious, and I appreciated having a bathtub. From the window, you could see the 'Spring Bamboo' building, but the blinds didn't block out the light effectively, so it was bright very early in the morning, which disturbed my sleep.
