Everything from checking in, the breakfast, the room, and of course the customer service was top notch in all aspects!! It was a special trip for us and they made it as special as it could be!!

SUPER VALUE STAYCATION Their Worry free package includes superb Buffet Dinner and breakfast, indoor and outdoor pool, clean sauna and gym all 5 star standard keep reading for whole deal The location is accessible via metro if you want but since I was on relax mode I travel from HK via Shenzhen Bay and just take a taxi (USD 15) All the staff are super friendly and have a good English level, they give you some courtesy drinks after check-in to chill on the lobby The rooms are new, tidy and NO bedbugs (I double check LoL), after I settled down we went to the indoor pool. The pool Size wise is Ok, nothing crazy like a super SPA but very tidy. There were 4 lifeguards, they wanted to keep you super safe. PRO TIP: bring your swimming cap (USD 3 at the store) Dinner buffet Mostly hotel buffet style, but all ingredients are high quality, lucky we went on Hairy Crab season and we got 1 per person, those was superb since the cream was so tasty. In general everything was excellent, Im glad that everything was fresh. For those who like some drinks they have free flow of wine (decent) and Beer can. For dessert there is a lovely big variety and small size so you can catch them all! They have a chocolate fountain for those who love that Check out smooth and I got the metro to go to Nanshan downtown (30min) to enjoy the city So in general a great relaxing weekend is worth every penny. Honestly, it is a nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is great (a lot of choices), the price is reasonable. Had problem with wifi and it was repaired within 5 minutes thanks to their professionalism.

Excellent hotel. The staff here are very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was wonderful and had a good range of western and Chinese options. The room was comfortable and had a really nice bath to soak in. Only two subway stops from the airport, meaning if you have an early or late flight, you can stay here. Best choice and value for money. A really great hotel.
