We really liked the hotel. Stayed two nights with my brother we were visiting Shenzhen and honestly after staying in many hotels in China where you see the very edited pictures this one was a nice surprise. Very clean and new. Would definitely stay here again. When checking in they were so kind and gave us an upgrade. Do stay :)

Good option near Dongmen. Only downside is that breakfast was not provided. They didn’t inform us while booking that KFC breakfast would be provided. Also, the room is smelly maybe due to bad air circulation.

Front desk and hotel staff were very friendly. Karry was much friendly to sort things due to a minor confusion. Much recommend the place for families . Location is also an advantage as it is near metro.

I haven't try their breakfast because we only can take the coupon from 7 to 9 am from reception in the next day morning. If possible it would be change. I enjoined the food from their Chinese Restaurant :(Kei Lun Lau}. nice dim sum.Anyway the warmest staff and tidy room are very appreciated. the reception staff COCO is so helpful. Thanks. And also the location is good.

The bathroom floor is old and looks like a bit not very clean. The location of hotel is good cuz near the hotel got many restaurants somehow got one open for 24 hours. However, due to the hotel is not a whole building hotel, and got other floors with several use so it always got people standing outside the hotel because there is a mahjong place inside the building also. Kinda feeling weird and also the access card cant use for the lift and also room the second day. Oh but the frontdesk is helpful and friendly. She fixed the card in a min after i approched and when we check out she also asked if we need water to drink on the way to airport.
