Hotel Todoroki

When I used it the year before last, I used a nearby parking lot, but this time I used a parking lot in the ground, so even though it included a shuttle, I had to wait quite a while the next morning.

I was scheduled to stay today (December 28th), but canceled on the 25th.I was told that I could make a reservation for the shuttle bus 2 days in advance, but I was told to call the hotel directly, so I canceled it on the 25th. I called around noon (I was asked various questions about the status of my reservation...) Is it okay if I only have an outbound flight on the 28th? So far, so good, but the man on the phone said that if I did that, I would send the application form to the registered address...sigh...I said that it wouldn't be possible to make it in time, and he said, ``The date is still the same day.'' When I asked them to attach it to an email and send it to me, it seemed to be a hassle.I asked them to tell me their email address verbally.I gave them the address verbally, but they misheard m as n, so when I made the reservation, the address was... When I said that it should have been written down, it was like, ``Ah, there it is.'' When I said that, it seemed like he was waiting for me to get angry and hang up. When things are troublesome, we communicate like this. But his? of hotel? Is that the way to do it? Of course, I didn't receive an email, so I canceled because I didn't care if I was charged a cancellation fee.Two minutes after I canceled, he said that I was later than he was earlier, and that I had sent him the details of the bus, which of course was not attached. No...but I guess they are paying close attention to the cancellation. It's a shame because there were so many good reviews. I wonder what it's like to send it by mail in this day and age. I go to Ikaho almost every month, and I'm planning on going this year for the last time. I was happy, but...I'm disappointed.

Dinner ended at 7:40 pm, so even as I was eating, an old lady from the hotel came out and said, ``It's over, I'm home,'' and I was chased away in a hurry. However, breakfast starts at 7:30, and even though there are many customers waiting at the entrance to the dining room, they do not do anything sensible to let them sit inside, which is completely unpleasant. I was impressed with how thorough this was.
