牧場見学の際に宿泊しました。
フロントからまさに競走馬のふるさとに相応しい様子でテンションあがります。
夕食朝食とホテルでいただきましたが、噂通りの美味しさで、見晴らしも良く、大満足でした。昼食用のおにぎりサービスもありがたかったです。

お盆期間中に急遽泊まれる場所を探していて金額面で選んだだけでしたが、満足でした。
建物や設備は新しくはありませんでしたが、清潔感はありアメニティも一通り揃っているので(女性向けに化粧水類やメイク落とし、洗顔の個包装も)身軽に泊まれます。
お昼ごはんとして食べれるおにぎりのサービス(朝食時に持たせてくれました)、朝食券が馬券になっている工夫も凄く良かったです。
そして、バイキング形式の朝食は、サラダからデザートまで豊富で、おかずも蒸し野菜や天麩羅、炊き込みご飯や豚汁、ピクルスなどなど。どれも少しずつ全部食べたいと思えるラインナップでした!個人的には手作り感あふれる厚焼き玉子とピクルスがヒットです。
また新ひだか町に泊まりに来ることがあれば是非来たいと思ったホテルでした。
１つだけ。
エレベーターホールにあった自販機の飲み物が全然冷えてなく常温の炭酸飲料とお茶が出てきました…

夫婦で競馬ファンなので、利用させて頂きました。
妻が、メロディーレーンちゃんの部屋に宿泊したかったそうなのですが、予約できなかったので、残念がっていました。
そのため、別の部屋を予約していました。
ですが、スタッフの方が、ご厚意でメロディーレーンちゃんの部屋に宿泊に変更してくださりました！
（どうやら私たちが確認した時は、予約済みでしたが、何らかの事情で空きが出た模様です）
本当に最高の思い出になりました。ありがとうございます。
夜ご飯も9Fでレストランで頂きましたが、とても美味しく、大満足でした。夜景もキレイでした。
レンタサイクルもお借り出来るので、近くで牧場を見て回りたい方にもオススメです。
（事前に、ふるさと案内所にて牧場を予約する必要があります）
ただ、札幌からバスで片道4時間は少し遠いので、よっぽどのファンでないと厳しいなーと思いました。
（こればっかりは、どうしようもないとは思いますが。。）

異常気象で酷暑だったため仕方ないと思うが、エアコンも古く効きが悪かった。
セイフティボックスも無く、貴重品管理が出来なかった。
レストランでの食事(夕食)は、評判通り美味しかった。

ホテルはビジネスホテル風で古いです。チェックイン時スーツケースを乗せる台車がなく、フロントで奥から持ってきていただきました。台車は入り口付近にあると便利だと思いました。寝心地の良いベッドでした。夜は軽くと思い海鮮丼にしましたがごはんの量と海鮮のバランスが悪く、強いて言えば具が少なく、いくら、うにはなくてマグロも赤身のみ。ワクワク感がなく北海道の海の恵みを使う工夫が欲しい所でした。朝食は人気なのがわかるくらいの手作りの品々が大変良かったです。またお野菜のピックルスがカラフルで綺麗でした。食べたくでたまらなかったのですが、きゅうりが丸ごとでは他のおかずが食べられなくなるのであきらめました。ハーフサイズにされたらいいかもしれません。お食事終わりに係の方がエレベーターまで送ってくださり、丁寧にご挨拶をいただきました。高級なホテルのもてなしだと感動しました。

周辺の飲食店は満杯で、ホテル内のレストランで夕食をしたのですが、接客もよく、とても美味しく、ゆったりと過ごせて良かったです。
特に、ラムシャブはボリュームがあり美味しかった！
