There are only self check in if you come in after 10pm. Instructions were not correct and self check in machine didn't work. There were no phone in the hotel so I have to spend my long distance dial and stood there 30 mins to figure out the check in. Filed a complaint later on and hotel refused to refund. But trip.com was nice enough to send back a reasonable amount of money to compensate my long distance call. Only if you speak Japanese and have a local phone and check in at day time, otherwise not recommended.

Spacious room and quite new. With lots of nearby convenient store and restaurants. Has a car park space but limited only.

酒店位置不錯，從靜岡站南出口步行約5分鐘便到，不但近火車站，還近商店及超市，非常方便。酒店房間雖然不算大，但設備都算齊全。酒店職員非常有禮。

整潔 房間電視可收看Netflix 跟YT
樓下有飲料機 樓上有共用浴場
房務跟前台都很親切
入住期間遇到鞋子被其他酒醉客人穿走的情況
非常熱心協助處理
下次來還會選擇這裡！

ブラインドが壊れていまして、最初に部屋に入ったら少し外から見える状態でした。
手で整えれば写真の様子ぐらいには収まりましたが、修理をされた方が良いかと思います。408です
近隣の提携駐車場に停めましたが、駐車場の方にホテルでの支払いになると言われたので、てっきりチェックアウト時に払うものかと思いきや恐らくチェックイン時に何か手続きがあったようです？
とくに客側が安くなるわけでもなく正直手間なだけだったので、もう少し提携先との連携やスタッフさんのオペレーションを改善されたほうがよろしいかと思います。
素泊まり予約でしたが、朝食の値段がこのアプリでは＋500円と書いてあったのでお願いしようかと思いきや
チェックイン時にいただいた紙には1000円と書いてあったり800円と書いてあったり
結局いくらなの？？ってなったので利用しませんでした。
しかしながら新しいだけあって、全体的におしゃれで清潔な印象でした。
モニターを見ながらごはんを食べるのが不便でしたがおしゃれなのでOKです。
部屋に電気ケトルがあるのに加え、ドリンクバーも良かったです。
共用でしたが電子レンジもありました。
立地も便利だしこのお値段ならまた利用したいです。

不能説是hotel，頂多算個民宿，除了位置方便，離JR站步行大概十分鐘內，但靜岡本身就不大，酒店幾乎都集中在JR附近，其他沒什麼優點，湊合過夜可以，房間實在小，但畢竟價格低，但下次應該不會再次預訂

駅から近い立地がとても良かった。徒歩圏内にコンビニがあり便利。無人チェックインの操作に手間取るがスタッフが出て来られやり方を丁寧に教えて下さり助かりました。エレベーターはキツめの香水の匂いがして換気扇が作動しておらず鼻をつまんだ。部屋は古いがオシャレなリフォームがされていてまずまず満足した。ベッドも広めで高さもちょうど良かった。狭い部屋だが機能的に家具が配置されていて不便を感じなかった。
広めユニットバスも良かったのだが「水道の水圧が安定しない」と「水温調整が壊れていた」は酷いと感じた。水の勢いが不安定で急に勢い良くお湯が出たり水を出そうとカランを青いところに合わすが熱湯が出てヤケドしそうになったりでした。残念ながら部屋のお風呂は使わない方が良いと思います。5階の共同風呂に入った方が良かったかもしれないです。
