這是我住過的所有酒店當中最舒適，體驗最棒的一家。
位置：可以説是在壽光的市中心，周邊購物、銀行、小吃、便利店、KTV、洗浴足療等等都非常方便。
設施：各項設施齊全、功能性設施細節考慮周到，能免費洗衣烘乾，房間內能掃嗎點餐，菜品都是本酒店現做的，口味地道、乾淨衞生，價格親民，比市面上社會餐飲還低，這非常棒，現在越來越不青睞外賣了，真的擔憂哪些食材噢。
環境：酒店前面就是玫瑰公園，再前面還有個大公園不知道啥名字，吃完晚飯出來散步遛彎是絕絕子，公園裡麪還有各種健身設施，房間在11樓，登高遠眺，心情豁然開朗，心曠神怡，甚是美哉！
衞生：整體來説乾淨整潔，衞生細節打掃比較好，房間面積比其他酒店大不少，整體板正亮堂。保潔阿姨也非常友好，拿個東西什麼的有求必應。
服務：這個沒得説，一進大廳兩個服務員笑臉相迎，一個問詢預訂情況，麻利地辦理入住，另一個給端來了一杯熱飲，説是話梅檸檬茶，酸甜口的，正是我喜歡的味道。辦完入住後服務員幫我拖着行李一直到電梯口，幫我刷上電梯，待電梯關門才離去，這個值得大讚一個。
再去壽光出發一定還來這家。

酒店亮點在服務，前台人員特別Nice，原來定的房間在12樓，花灑水流有點小，和前台反饋後給免費升級了房型，早飯也很不錯，以後再回老家還住這家。

首先，前台和客房服務人員的態度是很好的。但是，衞生很不好。櫃門，傢俱，衞生間牆面都很臟，輕輕用紙一擦都是黑灰。其次，洗手盆下水不好，來了客房人員修理，也治標不治本。後來是我們自己清理的，弄出來很多臟東西。最重要的，是有一股年久失修的黴味。一開始怕有煙味，酒店前台告知做了無煙處理，但是進去還是能聞到。本人氣管敏感，一點黴味和煙味就能感覺出來憋氣。本來定了兩天，最終待了一天就趕緊退房走人了。真的待不下去。

房間挺大，設施老舊，床不舒服，太硬，枕頭也不舒服。典型的簡陋商務酒店，沒啥亮點。可以停車。

房間內設施太一般了，隔音效果很差，地板有污漬，洗手液都壞了，根本壓不出來，早餐排隊，感覺平時就是很一般的小酒店，又趕上節假日高峯，感覺沒有那麼大接待能力！這個房間費和房間設施不匹配！
