住了兩夜三天，總的來説挺好。第一天晚上去中餐廳吃飯，衹有我和女兒，服務人員也耐心的點餐送餐，沒有問題。第二天早上早餐服務員素質太差，真的是一顆老鼠屎，壞了一鍋好湯。從沒見過這樣素質的酒店服務人員，後來找來值班經理，值班經理也無法與其溝通，她態度還是惡劣。我就馬上釋然了，她不是對我，是本身心態以及心理問題，沒有接受自己從事的工作，但又不得不做這個工作，從而不自覺的發生怪異的行為，我可以當做沒看見，但我憑什麼花錢承受來自服務人員的怪異行為！後來酒店給我的住宿費打了折，酒店為了這個服務員的行為道歉並買了單。我覺得酒店還是要有準入門檻的，不是什麼素質的人都可以，或者沒有必要安排在接觸眾多客人的崗位上，一個小建議。
