Wuhan Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"A truly impeccable stay. The hotel, rooms, facilities, and service were all excellent, but three things particularly impressed me: 1. The breakfast spread featured every Wuhan breakfast specialty imaginable. Unfortunately, as I was dining solo, I could only sample a few, as pictured. I'm very grateful to a staff member; when I inquired about Re-gan-mian (hot dry noodles), she thoughtfully arranged for the noodle station chef to prepare half a bowl of Re-gan-mian and half a bowl of beef noodles for me. This thoughtful gesture allowed me, with my modest appetite, to savor an extra local delicacy! 🥰 2. The gym equipment was well-arranged and exceptionally well-maintained, easily one of the best hotel gyms I've ever encountered. In terms of detail, the dumbbell weight increments were perfectly graduated, ideal for progressive overload. The lat pulldown machine offered a more comfortable and effective pull than even traditional pull-ups, easily outperforming the standard bar-style machines found in most gyms. I didn't take photos of other equipment and facilities, so I won't describe them individually. Despite only staying one night, I dedicated a full hour to the gym on my arrival day and another two hours the next morning. The two hours on the second morning were specifically to work off that exceptionally generous breakfast! 😂 3. Every single staff member greeted me with genuine smiles and warm welcomes. This is a level of service I haven't experienced in any other hotel, even other Sheratons. I believe the hotel has truly invested significant effort into cultivating its corporate culture and in staff training and motivation. 👍 Finally, a quick note: these days, most hotels remind guests to leave five-star reviews, sometimes even providing specific text. I don't really mind, and I usually comply. In contrast, their approach of asking to connect on WeChat felt much more natural and less transactional. It felt like they were genuinely earning repeat business through outstanding service, rather than just soliciting reviews. Of course, there's nothing inherently wrong with soliciting reviews either; I only copy and paste such text if I genuinely feel positive about the overall experience. However, there's a significant difference between mere satisfaction and truly exceeding expectations – and alas, there's no option for a six-star rating! Therefore, I've written this detailed review to commend and sincerely thank the Sheraton Wuhan Hankou for its outstanding service. ❤️❤️❤️"

"My recent stay at this hotel near to Wuhan Railway Station was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient, especially for travelers like myself who rely on seamless transportation connections. Being just minutes away from Wuhan Railway Station made exploring the city effortless. Despite its proximity to the bustling station, the hotel managed to provide a tranquil oasis amidst the urban buzz. Upon entering my room, I was delighted by the spaciousness and meticulous attention to detail. The room exuded a sense of elegance and comfort, offering ample space to unwind after a day of exploration. The amenities provided were thoughtfully curated, catering to every need of the discerning traveler. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest, and I was continually impressed by their professionalism and willingness to accommodate my requests. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast experience. The hotel's culinary offerings surpassed all expectations, with a delectable array of dishes to suit every palate. From freshly baked pastries to traditional Chinese delicacies, each morning was a culinary delight that provided the perfect start to my day of exploration."

"Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!"

"Being a frequent guest at Marco Polo hotels in Hong Kong, I naturally chose their Wuhan property. The location is superb; driving from Shenzhen, it was incredibly convenient to park right at the hotel entrance. The executive floor rooms were spacious and well-appointed, complete with a welcome fruit platter and a mini-bar stocked with complimentary beer and soft drinks. The breakfast was generous, and the complimentary access to the 34th-floor Executive Lounge was particularly fantastic. With Wuhan's scorching temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celsius, we spent the afternoons and evenings in the Executive Lounge, enjoying the scenic afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We only ventured out to explore and enjoy local food after 8 PM, once the weather had cooled down. I've already recommended this as the top choice for my friends visiting Wuhan!"

"The hotel lobby is very nice, the green plants are beautifully maintained, and Ms. Huang at the front desk took the initiative to help upgrade the room. It was very nice and satisfying! It is surrounded by the Optics Valley business district, and the location is very good. It is very convenient to stay here for business trips. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance!"

"Hotel Review: Somerset Future Centre Wuhan Date of Stay:** March 16-22, 2025 Overview:** Somerset is a charming establishment situated in a bustling commercial and residential district, conveniently located above a mall filled with shops and restaurants. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!"

"Nice good looking hotel on the outside. Near to the subway, 2min walk. The rooms not that modern facilitated. Especially the old school shower tap, really had a hard time tuning to get correct water temperature. The airconditioning is dusty and did not show correct temperature. Sound very loud rattle when on middle wind. The air conditioning can auto off in the middle of the night. Had to wake in sweat to on it again. Good thing is breakfast is good, nice coffee and noodles."

"My stay was fine. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and a bathtub. The metro station of Line 8 is just outside the hotel."

"Great location, although not exactly close to any tourists hot spots but there is a mall and metro station right underneath the apartment, so there is no need to worry about weather and can get to anywhere easily. Hotel facilities include a full gym, ping pong table (my parents loved it), and female change room has a big jacuzzi (which is NOT in operation in winter, which is a pity!), and steam room and sauna. To use them, you need to tell the front desk 30 min prior for them to turn it on. The change is cold and there is no hot water for the shower (something to improve on). Breakfast has a nice varieties of Chinese buns, and hot food, it is more suitable for a Chinese/Asian appetite. If you order food delivery, they deliver it to you with a robot, impressive! The 3-bedroom apartment was very spacious and me and my family thoroughly enjoyed it."
