Guest UserI came to Wuhan for Chinese New Year and stayed at the Qingshan New Century Hotel because my friend lives nearby. It seems like a new hotel, and all the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was also very rich, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. My only complaint is the open-plan bathroom, which I really didn't like, but that's a design issue. The hotel service was fantastic, and they even offered a shuttle service to Wuhan Station, which was a pleasant surprise.

Guest UserThis was my second Ritz-Carlton stay, after Sanya. Before my arrival, the concierge proactively reached out via WeChat, providing detailed information about the hotel and its surroundings. Upon arrival, staff immediately helped with my luggage and even offered to deliver it to my room. During check-in, they kindly asked if I needed a late checkout and extended it until 3 PM, which was absolutely fantastic! 👍
The high-rise lobby offers breathtaking views, with the city skyline and river stretching as far as the eye can see. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there were no strange odors in the room. The decor and lighting directly opposite the entrance immediately caught my eye. The bedding was very comfortable, and the amenities were from Diptyque, ensuring quality. Welcome fruits were provided, and turndown service included a thoughtful local cultural refrigerator magnet.
For in-room dining, I ordered a burger and beef noodles, both of which were delicious. The most memorable part of breakfast was the cold brew – truly refreshing on a summer day. Upon checkout, they generously let me keep the room key card as a souvenir. If I ever have the chance to bring my family to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.

HutouhunaoThe room is very big, and it's very quiet at night. When you get up in the morning, you can go for a run around the courtyard. The manager Jason also gave me fruits. The environment is also very nice, and the breakfast is rich.

tmhddThis veteran five-star hotel's management is on par with, if not superior to, some of the big-name brands. The facilities are standardized and well-maintained. I particularly appreciate the rooms with hardwood floors – no musty smells, and no overpowering air fresheners like in some other hotels. It felt naturally fresh, which is a huge plus. The front desk staff was efficient and specifically provided a quiet room as requested. The room featured an extra-large bed of top-notch quality. The bathroom layout was well-designed, and the bath and floor towels were neatly arranged for an evening shower. The service staff were polite and incredibly attentive. Breakfast was lavish, and the restaurant offered traditional Wuhan breakfast items, all of which tasted excellent. Be aware that rooms in different sections require using specific elevators, so make sure not to take the wrong one. All elevators and elevator lobbies were clean, tidy, and brightly lit. In short, everything upheld the expected standard of a long-established hotel. Excellent!
Minibar: Didn't use it, but the hotel should proactively inform guests about it.
Facilities: Very standard.
Hygiene: First-rate.
Environment: Both internal and external are good. If it weren't for the rain, I could have walked to East Lake.
Service: Standardized and warm.

I was hosting clients here. The hotel is quite new and has a high-end, luxurious feel. My only complaint is that there isn't really anywhere to sit in the lobby. If you want to sit at the cafe, you have to order something, which makes it a bit expensive. It's not very convenient for hotel guests.

Guest UserThis hotel is truly fantastic! Even though I arrived early, well before check-in time, the front desk allowed me to check in right away. The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!

Guest UserGreat location and decent room. I especially loved the small patio on the 5th floor, which offered fantastic views of Parrot Island (Yingwuzhou) and the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge. My kids enjoyed the amusement park directly across the street. I even commented on how nice the lights looked from our side at night, only to realize when I went downstairs that they were coming from the residential building right next to us!

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.

This stay exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star review! The hotel's location is excellent; it's super convenient for dining and shopping, and getting a taxi is a breeze.
The front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic, making check-in and check-out very quick, with no waiting time at all. They also thoughtfully provided information on nearby attractions. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and clean, hot water was plentiful, and the air conditioning adjusted smoothly. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night.
All bathroom amenities were provided, the shower pressure was great, and there were no strange odors in the bathroom. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a good variety of meats, vegetables, pastries, fruits, and drinks, and the taste was spot on. The overall facilities are new and well-maintained. It's really great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

Guest UserExtremely satisfied! I mentioned my preferences at check-in, and the front desk upgraded me to a river-view room and allowed a late check-out, which was incredibly accommodating. The hotel facilities aren't brand new, but they are very clean and meticulously maintained. The location is perfect, with many attractions nearby, making it super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. It really shows the quality you expect from an established five-star hotel. I'll definitely book the Mingzhu again next time I'm in Wuhan.
