Just to make ourselves understood.... we happened upon this hotel by chance on New Year's Eve 2024 (obviously a few days' holiday) and we were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the simple beauty of the structure (the many photos that decorate each floor and each room are wonderful), breakfast super for variety and abundance. Coincidentally, a sporting event brought us nearby and we had no doubts in rebooking with them and honestly we can't wait to be able to return :-)

The room itself is very clean and the bathroom is also very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well! The cool ”icon” above the bed, painted on the tiles Breakfast is great (various cuts, fruits, rolls, toast, jam, etc.) + custom-made coffee. This is not in-room coffee and croissant breakfast. The staff responded quickly and answered all questions without any problems. Summary: I would love to return to this hotel

The exterior is very inconspicuous, the interior decoration is quite unique, the bathroom is large and clean, and it is close to the attractions!

Note that check in time until 8 pm. The room is very historical, compared to the price, the overall price is very high. The breakfast is rich and the location is convenient. It takes ten minutes to walk to the city center building and ten minutes to the central square. There is parking space. Small SUV friendly!

The breakfast was great and the croissant was super delicious; the grandmother received at the front desk was very enthusiastic and provided us with a lot of help; there is a large parking lot with a coop supermarket nearby, suitable for self-driving travel. The hotel can buy a bus ticket, which is valid for 1.5 Euro and 79 minutes, and it is very convenient to enter the city

Self-contained parking, suitable for self-driving, 15 minutes drive from the city, breakfast is simple and self-service, the room is very large with the kitchen, quite satisfactory! There is a supermarket nearby that is not expensive!

The advantage here is that it is very convenient to walk 14 minutes from the train station. It is acceptable to walk to the old town of Siena for 20 minutes. The price is beautiful and very moving now. The environment is superb. I saw the deer in the garden in the morning. The manager proudly introduced that four deer babies were born this year. Instantly, I feel that this place is outstanding, especially suitable for creativity, works, and results. Every morning, the window is opened, and the fresh air on the hillside is poured into the room. People have a clear mind, inspiration, and a new look. It is a good choice for a temporary stay away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast at 8 o'clock, not self-service, you need to tell the manager what to eat one day in advance, they are ready, every day when they enter the restaurant, they see the breakfast neatly placed on the table, and the service is in place. The restaurant wall is a trekking pole handmade by the manager uncle, each of which is made into a small animal image according to the natural shape of the branches, and the eyes are painted, which is very flexible. It is very popular. It is said that many people buy it. The layout, furniture and facilities in the room are all strong Italian style, some retro atmosphere, old objects are very reassuring. Safety and health, no worries. The temperature in Italy in December looked more than a dozen degrees, but it still felt wet and cold outside the rain, the room was heated, the ground was warm, and I could walk barefoot. I have received many Chinese tourists here. The manager has been studying the main different habits and preferences of people in different provinces in China, but found that China has a large number of people. She has not understood it. Haha is so cute. Language is not a barrier, what really makes people communicate smoothly is a heart, I feel it here. I hope I can come and live for a while next time.
