El hotel Provincial de Sierra de la Ventana ofrece un lugar muy confortable para los huéspedes, camas grandes y cómodas, buena ubicación y una hermosa pileta rodeada de árboles. También tiene pileta climatizada y jacuzzi. El personal es muy amable y atento. Tuve una linda experiencia de viaje y la recomiendo

El hotel es bueno, las instalaciones en realidad, el problema es el servicio, a modo de ejemplo, el spa se supone que es un lugar de relajación y descanso, algo imposible con niños gritando y corriendo por el lugar, el sauna está por debajo de la temperatura óptima para su uso (mas bien estaba frío). El resto es aceptable, tal vez un poco caro para los estándares de este tipo de hotel, pero como es sabido la hotelería en Argentina es cara y poco eficiente comparada con otros lugares.

Muy buena atención del personal y confortables habitaciones. El desayuno está muy bien y completo. La piscina externa es excelente y la del Spa un lujo. Además el parque, los árboles y las sillas y reposeras son ideales para relaj**** en el paisaje serrano.

Divino!!!! destaco el personal de recepción, Tania, David, Lara... los encargados del desayuno entre ellos Raúl y Micaela(espero recordar su nombre ). La amorosidad de Itati !!! para resaltar esta joven que esta capacitada para mas!!! Por lo demás el hotel tiene detalles pero la atención del personal lo perdona todo.

Excelente hotel para descansar y disfrutar .Todos los servicios en perfectas condiciones: un jacuzzi bien caliente , pileta climatizada cubierta impecable, sauna,etc. La atención del personal es inmejorable! El desayuno más que abundante. Felicitaciones!

Todo excelente, salvo que en el bar pedi un Don Pedro y lo rechace porque era una bocha de helado y goteado con whisky ni parecido a la preparacion correspondiente, igualmente la atencion de todo el personal de primer nivel

el lugar es muy tranquilo y podes tener privacidad. Vistas lindas e infraestructura vistosa aunque descuidada, como la de la pileta o la de los baños de las habitaciones. Deberian prohibir el ingreso de los niños al spa ya que uno quiere ir a relaj**** y es molesto que haya niños. El jacuzzi muy lindo. El restaurant deja mucho que desear, mala atencion y la comida es terrible no es digna de un hotel 4 estrellas. La limpieza esta bien y la atencion de los recepcionistas tambien. Aun asi volveriamos por la tranquilidad.
