First time trying this hotel and booked executive room as we wanted to try their club lounge and there’s not much review on their club lounge. We were served by Kai Xiang over the check in counter and he was very nice, gave us complimentary upgrade to studio deluxe. Room was quite spacious and clean with kitchenette. Their club lounge is at The Den and it’s open for 24 hours but evening cocktail is from 6pm to 8pm with small snacks, free flow of beer and wine and soft drinks. There is also free tidbits. Overall a nice experience.

The variety for breakfast can be improved where they should change the menu on daily basis if possible.

Location is good, very close to Chinatown and other main attractions, we almost walk to everywhere. The room is clean and spacious but the bathroom smells funny, ventilation is not so great. If I must complaint something I would say there's no plug near the bathroom sink for using the hair dryer (or at least I cannot find one in our room), also to use the hair dryer will require constantly pressing the button, which is very annoying.

Great location, right in the centre of the city centre! Very convenient to 2 nearby MRT stations - Chinatown and Telok Ayer.

Kyoto look alike hotel. Very clean room, very polite front desk service, shower water pressure is very good for me. No complaint.

The hotel is in a great location, with many nice cafés, Korean restaurants, and bars nearby. The room size is comfortable for two people, and the bed is very cozy. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Conveniently located in the heart of city surrounded by old building that had turned into nice restaurants & offices @ China Street & Club Street. Within walking distance to CBD, China Town and two MRT station. Safe to walk around nearby hotel vicinity at night. Hotel room was a decent size with necessary apartment stay amenities included. Nice size roof top swimming pool & Gym room available for one to catch up some exercises. Night time is a good spot to take some nice city lights view of the city. Smooth check in & out at level 2 reception counter which front office staffs was polite and pleasant who make you felt at home / wanted to come back for more.
