A pleasant experience with Conrad Singapore Marina Bay - I have decided to celebrate my 6th wedding anniversary with Conrad. From reaching the hotel till departure, the staff team worked seamlessly in making sure that positive experience and memories is created for my family. My 1 year old son, who is an October baby - his first staycation, was given a small complimentary cake by Daniel and his colleagues during check-in. Vanessa and Nik were a few warm and friendly staff who checked-in with us when we met them at the reception area. There were a few others memorable details such as preparing surprises within our room by the hotel staff. I can see that there is a tight communication and strong teamwork to ensure great hospitality. Definitely will consider Conrad Singapore Marine Bay for another staycation soon.

The room was spacious and clean, with unlimited bottled water provided. While not all staff spoke Chinese, overall they were very friendly and proactive, helping with luggage and opening doors. The breakfast restaurant on the ground floor was extremely crowded, often requiring a wait. The night view from the higher-floor rooms was decent. It's a 5-minute walk to Promenade MRT station, but getting here from Changi Airport requires one MRT transfer. Suntec City, located downstairs, offers very convenient dining and shopping. Merlion Park is quite a walk away; even taking public transport (bus/MRT) still involves a significant walk on both ends. Grab rides tend to be more expensive than regular taxis, though most taxi drivers are Chinese and can speak Chinese.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the city center which is incredibly convenient. The subway is just a few steps away, and with numerous shopping malls nearby, you have endless options for shopping and dining. For a city like Singapore, where space is at a premium, the room size was surprisingly generous. Plus, they provide two complimentary bottles of mineral water daily and a welcome snack upon arrival.

Arrived at Changi Airport early in the morning. Getting to the hotel by MRT was incredibly convenient, taking only about half an hour. It's easily spotted, just about 100 meters from MRT Exit B. From the moment I arrived at the entrance, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, helping with my luggage and arranging storage. After checking in at the front desk, I headed to Suntec City directly opposite for breakfast. The hotel's location is superb; it's very easy to get anywhere by MRT, and iconic attractions like the Singapore Flyer and the Merlion are within walking distance. The room was spotless and refreshing. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Singapore.

The room was spotless, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed, featuring double sinks – a really convenient touch – and was fully equipped with both a bathtub and a separate shower. A mini-fridge stocked with snacks and drinks was also provided. The views from the window were absolutely stunning. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and it was a huge plus that some could speak Chinese. The hotel is conveniently located near the Promenade Metro Station. I stayed for three nights, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. Overall, my experience was excellent.

Service: The service was attentive, and they helped with our luggage. Location: The hotel is situated in Marina Bay Suntec City. There are several large complexes right downstairs, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. You'll also find a few bars nearby, offering a vibrant nightlife. Cleanliness: It was acceptable, though I did notice some dust on the tabletop. Facilities: The toilet isn't a smart bidet. The air conditioning was very powerful; you might even find you can turn it off at night while sleeping and still be comfortable.

The hotel boasts a superb location, conveniently situated yet surprisingly quiet. With a shopping mall right next door, dining and getting around were a breeze. All downtown attractions are within walking distance. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and don't feel dated, the rooms are spacious, and the staff were quite friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was just okay; it wasn't exceptionally clean, but it was acceptable. The breakfast area was very crowded, and during peak hours, expect long queues. A highlight was being able to watch the planes and fireworks for the 60th National Day celebration. We stayed for six consecutive days and were very satisfied overall.

In term of the pricing, location and the room itself, it was great. The view itself from the room is nice as well and the room itself is clean and pretty comfortable.. The only thing that I wasn't very happy with is that while the check in time was 3pm, I only managed to get the room at 5pm and I needed to ask twice to get the room. While a late checkout was given to me at the end, I needed to asked and only after voicing my displeasure only then was the late checkout given. So while i am happy with the overall room but having to wait 2 hrs and having to ask for it isn't a very pleasant experience and will probably prefer other hotels such Parkroyal which prices are similar and have never given me issues with check in for the past few times I stay there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Marina Bay Singapore, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel effortlessly combines luxury, comfort, and impeccable service, making it a top-tier choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The service was great! Receptionist was friendly, warm and made us feel homely. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean! The view was perfect! Really love how the welcome set up was when we headed out and came back with the ready to coze in mood. There was complimentary water given to us as well. A comfortable stay, walking distance to Suntec City as well

Special thanks to the team for arranging a small birthday decorations for my sister. All the staff whether from concierge, front line, in room dining staff and room attendants and Conrad services, are nice and friendly, giving us a warmgreetings and treated us as a family too. Even when we sat at the lobby, the staff will walk over to check on us whether we needed any help.
