Always amazing with W hotel hospitality and services. We celebrate most of the special date in W hotel, they never let down. They upgraded for us all the time. Thanks for the gift and your kindness. "Go & find Ms. May Thu" at reception if you could. She will assist you with her fantastic performance. We had an awesome time with my wife. Will go back again soon.

Came here with my bf for his birthday, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The staff has also very kindly offered us a free bday cake and gave us vouchers for the spa! We also signed up for the free yoga lesson and truly enjoyed our stay there. Will be happy to come back any time!

The hotel boasts beautiful surroundings and a modern, stylish design. The large swimming pool was a particular hit, with both adults and children having an absolute blast. The rooms are also spacious, and both the cleanliness and service were impeccable and incredibly attentive. We will definitely be back!

Hotel rooms in Singapore are typically on the smaller side, but this stay was quite disappointing. I was rudely awakened early in the morning by loud banging and drilling from repairs happening upstairs. Why would the hotel schedule such noisy work when guests are occupying rooms? I paid a S$600 deposit by credit card upon check-in, but it was only during check-out that the front desk staff informed me the refund would take 7 to 14 days to process. This crucial detail should have been communicated when I was making the deposit; had I known, I would have simply paid in cash instead.

The hotel is quite nice, with a stylish design and great service. The only drawback is the lack of complimentary breakfast, and the hotel's breakfast was quite expensive, which was a bit inconvenient. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the outdoor pool, but I'll definitely try it on my next visit.

The room, both its fixtures and furnishings, felt a bit old and dated, which is understandable given its age. The dim lighting was a particular dislike for me. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it was a huge plus that most of them spoke Chinese. The breakfast menu was also helpfully bilingual (Chinese and English). The absolute highlight for us was the waterslide in the pool; my kids absolutely adored it!

Excellent stay overall. Both the service and the environment were great. My keycard wouldn't work because the door lock ran out of power, but they thoughtfully sent over some complimentary snacks and a card as an apology. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.

I stayed for two nights. I initially requested a room change at the front desk, but they declined, stating the hotel was fully booked. I then informed the front desk to properly handle the extension for my second night's stay, and they promised to do so. However, when I returned to the hotel at 6:30 PM, I couldn't even get into my room and had to queue up at the front desk *again* just to sort out my extension. Is your front desk service deliberately trying to make things difficult for guests?! The floor staff, in contrast, was far superior to your front desk. The front desk management is utterly incompetent! My overall stay experience here was truly dreadful.

Facilities: The hotel is excellent! Highly recommended for a stay. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, the pool was immaculate, and towels were readily available. Ambiance: The surroundings are beautiful, and the spacious pool meant the kids had an absolute blast. Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast spread was fantastic!

The hotel service was absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond by preparing welcome fruits and chocolates for the kids, and we were even upgraded to a suite. The Korean staff member at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. And the hotel pool? It was a lot of fun!

Fantastic stay at W. Top notch luxury hotel. Booked stay to recharge and relax. Something away from the city. Nice welcome drink at check in and also a fun mini lucky draw. I won an in-house Body Lotion:) Booked the newly refurbished Premier Deluxe Room - very cosy and modern. Love the built in water filter as this is more sustainable and easy to refill as well. Marriot Bonvoy app worked like a gem - message request response from housekeeping was fast as I forgot my phone charger. Really appreciative. Gym equipment is up to date. Had also a great 90mins massage at the AWAY Spa - detailed and experienced therapist. Had a nice light dinner and drinks at the cool Woo Bar. And Breakfast variety and quality amazing - lots of healthy options , hearty western fare. Free range eggs ,fresh honeycomb , crab cakes … and also asian selection (scallop congee -yum) and a Bloody Mary corner! Service team were all friendly around the hotel with greetings and smiles. Definitely makes one feel welcomed. Hope to visit again soon!

W has always been my choice whenever I travel for my vacation. This is my first time trying out my own country W Hotel. Towards W, my expectations are quite high, as the other counties design and services has always been 100%. The room is very clean but design was not up my expectation. I’m celebrating my anniversary and they were so nice to arrange balloon and chocolate cake. This cake was very very nice indeed. They have a smoking area for smokers. There’s once that area is quite dirty. Dustbins is dirty, table is also dirty with ashes. There’s also a water dispenser for guests and there were many empty cups there with an empty barrel. I’m trying to get myself some water but none. I ask the reception to refill the water and they pass me mineral water bottle. Lastly, I called the reception in the night time to request for late check out. I was told the rooms are quite fully booked but he will try his best. So I waited for their return call till next day. Until around 12.15pm my room phone rang. A lady ask if u need more things as it’s check out time. I was so disappointed that nobody called me back. Can or cannot at least must let me know. The reception ladies aren’t very professional during the check in. This is my first and last time to be here anywa as I’m very disappointed.

Such a pleasant stay staff were amazjng room cleaned in no time whenever I was out. Pool was of a good vibe too, would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel with good vibes and friendly helpful staff. Room is spacious and very well done. Nice view of the marina.
