The Transit Hotel is incredibly cold. The rooms remind me of the remnants of the old sovet style communit who placed and importance l on privacy. The upshot is that you will be jetlagged and will be able to acllimstise to the dark and harsh condition rooms. Theres a small gym outside for avid runners and also have a small selection of delicacies for travellers to eat and take with before their flight departs. The showers and toilets are clean.

Hope the hotel can arrange more bus trip. Wanted to take the 11:45am bus to the airport but the staff shouting saying it was full, no boarding was allowed, after they arrange a taxi (which was more expensive than grab ride) to the airport. Taxi ride wasn't that smooth to be honest the uncle was impatient and took the wrong turn... 😩 but overall stay was good. Pool at level 8 is fantastic must visit. Also we love the breakfast.. other than that overall is good.

To be honest, the location is the best for mid night arrival. However, the front desk female staff is not so polite at all. I am tired already and I found that my door cannot be locked, ok, may be I am not using your so called right method to close it, as I dun know yours is so special. I try to approach front desk and that staff almost going to stare at me with her annoyed face by explaining their “right method”. Towel is not so clean. Lucky that I got mine. Have almost everything u need in room.

Room is clean and bed is comfy. Best part is the coffee machine. Only improvement will be the shower gel which can be bigger.

Very convenient place to explore , good services , food, travel, and convenience, all sheltered from bus to train services, just that I was booked on a 3rd party book trip, for 2D1N no bbq pit include need $38++ it was a hotel not resort. Only resorts are available for BBQs pit. So we decided we go to the park rent a cool couple bicycle $40 1 hour for 1 hour, free OK. The price of the hotel was worth it, $170 accepted. Amenities were just toothbrush 2 shower caps was alright and 2 pair disposable slippers. The place was super spacious and will book again. It is all worth staying ,pasris ris park with cute animals ♡

We booked a suite room to conduct an intimate soleminzarion ceremony in the balcony in the morning. The hotel did everything to make it special for us - sending us freebies, extending check out time and providing water/ice for guests. Thank you Dusit Thani for your warm hospitality. Overall the property is in great shape and it feels like you are somewhere outside Singapore. Highly recommended.

As I was transiting for work I only encountered the cockroach infestation when i was back in the hotel in the evening which was by then almost 11pm. My partner who was travelling with me was getting ready for bed as she had to leave the hotel by 4am to catch a flight home while i had to leave by 6am to catch a flight out for work. It would have been a nightmare for both of us to pack up everything and switch rooms even if we could. I tried contacting the hotel via the messenger service on Ctrip however there was no response. Even until the morning when I left, there was also no response. I couldn't have waited as I would have to be up by 3-4am to start packing and checking out. As i checked out i informed the front desk about the cockroach situation and was followed up by an email by their duty manager who also apologised sincerely and offered some hotel rewards points. To be perfectly honest it wasnt of any use as well is wasn’t pleasant at all due to the infestation and that it cause us both to be pretty uneasy throughout the night.

It's a very good room , but I had consulted the people , the room within the transit area , all the AIRCOND is centralised and cannot be adjusted , although it is not their fault but the aircond is simply too loud and cool at times . Secondly , room without windows is a very special experience as well , make sure you think well about it .

Superb service from the admin, well maintained hotel, kids loves the bus concept and had so much fun pretending to be bus driver. As raved by many, the hand and body soap was very well scent! So good that we purchased few bottles before checking out haha! Location is literally beside Changi Village! So finding food etc was not a problem. Definitely coming back!

Got there to find my confirmed Change of booking no longer ‘Booked for bed and room and shower and breakfast “ as they were full, didn’t matter how much I explained to the receptionist and showed her what I’d paid for she said I had 3 hour lounge use only! At midnight a person doesn’t need this aggravation
