I had a nice room with easy access to the parking they were friendly and the motel was quiet. It is a place I'd recommend for this traveling or just to stay to get Away

Heater was very noisy. Didn’t kick and in and out for heat. Had to get up all night long and turn it off and on. Also there was no difference between air flow for high and low.
No where to plug in phones by the bed.
The lamp by the window was hanging by a wire. Could be s fire hazard. Not sure if it was broke or just needed to be fixed.
Good breakfast.
Beds were awful. Pillows were old and hard. Please replace them.
The bed closest to the window—- mattress needs to be thrown in the garbage. Someone obviously peed in the bed. That was disgusting. While turning down the bed, we accidentally pulled the whole sheet off one bed and saw this and about puked. Needless to say we were exhausted so we crawled into the other bed. We didn’t even want to see the other mattress so we didn’t look. But you should check it. Room 214
The other mattress sank on the edge and had a hump in the middle.
We did not complain about it to anyone as we left really early the next morning.
Dave, the manager, was very friendly and nice when we checked in.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Check out was 11am, and no one came by before I left the room. I would stay there again!

My entire stay was good. The parking area was not fully cleared of snow and there were a lot of slippery areas to walk through. The room was nicely decorated and furnishings were cl ean. The toilet would continue to run after being flushed which is really just a simple repair on the manager's part and I did report it. I particularly loved the larger size bath towels. However the towels were very co**** and rough. There is a sign on the mirror that states if there are any missing linens that there will be a charge on the credit card that had been provided for incidentals. Upon leaving, I stopped to check out and asked the attendee to go count the linens but they declined. I was concerned that I would have an unnecessary charge on my card but I was assured that would not happen and it did not. Location of the hotel is very convenient as it is just off the freeway and also very near to the shopping areas and the mall. I definitely would stay here again. I thought the price was fair.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was not exceptionally friendly. In fact, not friendly at all. The other employees were however very nice and helpful. Good price for this stay.
